    In this video Chef Austin Green cooks wild Alaskan limpet that were harvested in the intertidal zone of Southeast Alaska just outside the City of Ketchikan. He shows you step by step how to make this unique seafood taste delicious. He showcase two different preparations; first he uses the grill with a cedar plank and the second he sautés in butter then steams in white wine.
