We threw some in with our red parts anodizing, just to see what it would look like. We may offer various/alternate mounting plate color options in the future :-)
Thanks, I already have the folding stock, charging handle, safeties, trigger and the handguard, amazing BTW. Those plates would finish it off nicely. I’ll be on the lookout!!!!!!
@@MF-Rell because than it will have the same functionality in every way as a 5.56mm ar15 and since cz bren 2 magazines are better than 762X39 stanag magazines. It will eliminate the problems caused by those faulty magazines
Please keep the videos coming! I would pay cash money for a comprehensive video on the maintenance of the Bren 2 Ms. And get those red triggers and extended safety selectors back in stock, please!
Ugh, loading only 10 rounds into those 30 round ar 7.62x39 mags doesn't prove they work reliably, if that's what they're trying to show. With only only 10 rounds in, the bullet stack doesn't pass and probably doesn't reach the bend in the magazine. There's also a lot less spring force on the bullets. I like HB Industries but if they are trying to show reliability, this is deceptive.
You're making assumptions. They clearly state the purpose of the video is "Instructional video on how to convert a CZ Bren 2 MS in 7.62x39 from the proprietary polymer factory magazines to NATO standard AR type 7.62x39 magazines." That's all.
Where can I purchase the rubber O Ring from this video? Is it something that can be found at a local hardware store or is it specific to this conversion kit?
OMG 10-rounds out of a AR-style 30 round 7,62 magazine. They propably know why they dont show more. BTW - i shot 12 round of 7,62x39 out of an standard 5,56 mag. However - i still like it so how much - 3,50???.
They're generally out of stock and run about 30 dollars a piece. Additionally, going to a US made mag gives us 922R parts if you care about that. Its not a bad idea. The flexibility of the system is pretty neat.
No, AK mags will not work with this conversion. It only applies to 7.62x39 AR pattern magazines. (On the plus side... AR 7.62x39 mags retain the bolt hold open feature)
No, it will not work with conventional AK/AKM pattern mags that use rock/lock and paddle mag release (such as pmag). Only with AR type magazines, designed to feed 762x39 of course. We have had good luck with the c-products mags, but there are several mfgs out there that make dedicated 762x39 AR pattern mags
Would be alot cooler if you made one that accepted standard mags instead. Apparently some other company has or is trying. But I'd rather one stop shop.
AR 7.62 mags suck...regardless of manuf. Load them all to 29 rounds and get them to run. Won't happen reliably. Nice vid though. Options are good even if they are pointless. $15 savings per mag to lose 5-50% reliability not worth it. If the CZ mags sucked it would make more sense.
they are in stock right now i just ordered one, and also they have a email wait list that will alert you when they are available, that is how i was able to secure one.
@Ga Driller They aren't rock and lock (AK) so the 5.56 and the 7.62x39 can share the same mag well. Besides CZ didn't want every crap AK mag( non bolt hold open} from who knows where stuck in their beautiful, state of the art carbine. The really only modern 7.62x39 rifle ( ok Galil Ace I suppose). With the polymer lower CZ just might make one to take AK mags.
You earned my respect, bringing the most hospitable and clean video possible.
You made a pro mag work. I’m impressed by that alone
CZ Bren 2: It even runs on promags
@@hb_industries Do you know if this would work with a CZ 600 Trail - 7.62x39, as both the Trail and the Bren 2 use the same mags in 7.62x39.
This is awesome! Really helps out Canadian shooters as we are legally able to use 10rd AR pistol mags, whereas the CZ mags are limited to 5 rounds.
Hopefully another company makes the cz pattern magazines soon
Hopefully more companies start making guns that use them. Those CZ 7.62 mags are the shit!
Hey man, your piston spring fixed my 7.62 bren. Thanks!
You guys make the coolest crap
Where did you get those awesome red plates for the foregrip?

@@hb_industriesI want those red mounting plates 😛
Ok. how do i get the red parts for the hand guard?!?
Paint them I guess? 😅
You should make an ar15 in 762X39 that takes cz bren 2 mags
🤣🤣🤣
@@MF-Rell what's so funny?
@@corvoattano4777 Shit I thought you were Joking... why would they do that when PSA makes the Ar47??? Makes no sense.

Awesome all the C Mags i have thank you. They have been completely reliable in my PWS uppers.

In Colorado the 30 round mags are illegal and I cannot find anything lower capacity that will fit. I'll have to use AR15 10 round mags here.
@@stephensee5417 Another great point. Well said buddy. Sorry about the laws your state has passed. :/
I CANT FIND MAGS!!!!!
Nice work. Hope you guys sell a ton.

Would be awesome if I could just use my AK mags. Make a lower receiver for my Bren 2 to accommodate that and I’ll buy it.
will this adapter work with Magpul Pmag M3 7.62x39?

How about standard AK mags?
That's what I'd rather have. I actively avoid using 7.62x39 AR-15 mags.
A lower that would allow the use of regular AK mags, and still keep the BHO feature would be a good idea.
guillermo rivera Thank you. I, too, saw it earlier today.
champy1210 you’re welcome, if you have a Facebook I encourage you to join the CZ Brenb 2 owners group
Does it work with 7.62x39 Pmags?
No, unfortunately not. This only works with AR pattern 7.62x39 magazines. But, on the plus side, it retains LRBHO.
..god why would you want to do this? the reliable, properly designed mags are like the only reason i'd take this over an x39 AR

Exactly...whats the point? Finding AR 7.62 mags that run reliably is like finding a unicorn.
Huh? I haven't had one FTF.
Outstanding!
Cz bren magazine look like they are better designed than ar 762X39 mags
This video is pointless!! The magwell adapters Are always sold out. Doubt they are still making them!!

Post this over at www.reddit.com/r/Bren2 ! This is awesome!
Bren 2 7.62x39 with ar15 mags are looking like crap. Sory but no, for me.. And no to much price diference. But nice idea, good luck.

@Ga Driller Or in my case, a 10 round Bren mag would allow me to legally shoot in Colorado.
@Ga Driller The mags are proprietary and CZ only makes 30rd mags.
this lets you use smaller 10 or 20 mags and extended mags.
AN dude. AN AR. Not A AR.
