In this video, we're showcasing how we transformed one room in a small, uniquely designed condo into a captivating and realistic space using a mix of innovative tech tools.
Our journey began with a virtual tour provided by our client. The condo had a challenging layout, especially in the room we chose to focus on. Our first task was to deeply understand this space to determine the best furniture and decor arrangement.
Here's how we did it:
1️⃣ From the Matterport virtual tour, we meticulously gathered measurements, crucial for accurately staging the room.
2️⃣ We used Coohom to create a 2D-floor plan. This step helped us better visualize the potential of the space.
3️⃣ Next, we refined the room's images in Photoshop, paying close attention to details that make a big difference in the final look.
4️⃣ Our final and most exciting step was using Apply Design, a virtual staging app to furnish the room. This is where we brought our vision to life, carefully selecting pieces that fit the room's unique dimensions and style.
