- After an awful experience with a GMC dealer in Alabama, I found a local dealer and ordered a new ride to replace the Yukon. This went so much better and the new 2021 Dodge Hellcat Durango is awesome! @Dodge

**EDIT: I don't understand why people insist on trying to find the negative. No, they did not send me off with an empty fuel tank. I edited that part out, but they don't like using the RaceTrac for the Hellcats so they send a $50 gift card for me to fill up wherever I want. **
Support good dealers! The GMC dealer in Alabama was awful, but these guys (especially Slim : codysilvan1111@icloud.com) were TOP NOTCH. Great experience. They earned their 5 star review.

Love that you're calling out good customer service. And I love when dealerships, and people in general, are just honest with you in deals and the like. A solid look in the eye, a smile, and a firm handshake is hard to come by in this day and age. So nice to see it when it happens. Congrats on your new vehicle.
yeah good customer service seems like a thing of the past except for really rare experiences.

Right? I was about to buy a challenger RT before i test drove a hellcat, once i felt that power and heard the whine i changed my mind, double the price but worth every penny

Congrats! Too many good products out there, to just deal with rotten seller experiences. The Durango is amazing, but nothing beats driving away from the dealership with a huge smile on your face, because of the good feeling you got from dealing with super people. I did a full on LOL at 7:54 when the cat logo came up on the display on ignition.

I knew it! Hellcats! Gorgeous. This dealer reminds me of my Challenger dealer up in Nebraska. No BS, just car guys wanting to get you what you want. When I bought my 392 Challenger, they gave me the keys when I showed up, told me to take it for a spin while they got the papers ready since it just got off the train that very day. Came back, wrote a check, signed the papers for my trade, was out the door in 15 minutes. Slim is my kind of car salesman. Welcome to the Mopar club brother, the maniacal giggle won’t go away, trust me.

My dad got a 2021 Destroyer grey super fast and it's a GT also I noticed the doors are harder to close then the 2018 amazing video and car man!! The doors you just to get used to, good luck man and drive safe.

Nice! Love it. I've had Fords and CM pickups until 2014. I hated dealing with dealers until I went to look at a 2014 Ram Laramie HD pickup. Dealer is the best dealer I've ever had. Truck has been great. Had some recalls due to first year of 4th generation, but FCA covered it. Best interior of all the trucks. Will be buying a new RAM HD in 2022.

Wow! There’s nothing worse than dealing with a high pressured car salesperson as you know Mover, but you found one of the best with “Slim” at Rainbow Dodge. I’ve owned mostly GM rides, but this “Hellcat” is amazing! Over 700 HP! You’ve got to be kidding me! Outside of the Vettes I’ve had, the fastest car I’ve driven was the Charger Hemi’s we had when I was a patrolman on the job. You made a good choice brother. I’ll be on the lookout for you and the dogs in the white Hellcat! Your “Cah” will stand out in the crowd for sure!! (Bill from Slidell)
