Lowering interest rates alone will not save the US economy. Structural reforrms like reducing military expenditure, remove sanctions and tariffs, cooperate with China, etc are also required.
What happens here if im buying a home right now and im currently paying only equity yet? I don't have to worry about this for now right? It's only when its the amortization?
Frankly, even the interest rate cut to a very low percentage, buying a vehicle in Singapore will be still very expensive due to the high COE jack up bidding, take for example the recently last bidding where all cat. had increase (Cat. A for vehicle below 1600cc bid at over $96k) and also by all those greedy different car brand dealers where they increase the price of their car. And that include the real estate property market and those building developers. If you're not rich, living in Singapore is a big financial burden to yourself and it will be very stressful.
Not so. It depends on how you want to live. With or without car. Transport system here is good enough. As for housing, HDB flats. Yes, the prices have gone up but if you buy within your means, it’s still ok. Food: eat at hawker centres or cook your own meals. Stress: of course, there will be. Even people with money also have stress. If only the rich are able to live here, then where do all the “poor” go. Nah, don’t compare yourself with others, you’ll be fine.
You have to be crazy to buy a house on a loan even if it is "cheap", dont be a slave for decades of something uncertain, is better to save and buy out of pocket
this is too simplistic. it depends on the property market, different countries and different time periods will have different conditions. how fast your wages is rising compared to inflation, in particular the rise in property prices.
it will drop next year says the person so confidently, how many people who came to cna said things will happen and it does? None! really no value add to have this stupid program
Please remove background music. Is very distracting to listening persons talking .
they do it because the others do it...they are like sheep just like the rest of us.
Really annoying. I didn't finish.
Yes please tone the background music. It makes it harder to understand the people in the video

why is it that its ok to take 3 yrs fixed if its an investment?
It's the making of money from borrowed money that's relevant.

It’s a wise advice because you don’t want to shop last minute.

my house would definitely be foreclosed if i bought in 2022 because i got laid off in 2023

That is the ideal scenario but it is easily said than done. Almost all house buyers in all countries are on house loan, all with varying reasons.
Thats why u work like a slave jus to save enough for a building 😂😂
You can surely save up to buy with cash. By then you’ll be sixty five. Ready to go to the grave in ten to fifteen years and that’s if you’re healthy.
Cant hear. The background music is distractive
Bank wins
Sg have not spine, just following the big brother...when the big brother sick sg is sick....
Do your own maths and it’ll be ok.
