  • My latest purchase is the Onewind Topquilt Poncho XL Deluxe. It is a very versatile Topquilt. It has so many different configuration and uses I'm sure I will be finding more uses for it the more I use it.

    Great review. You covered this overquilt very well. I just purchased the Onewind hammock and underquilt. Your review has firmed my decision in attaining the overquilt into my pack. Thank you for taking the time to do such a thorough review of this Onewind product.

    Never really researched
    "one wind" product. Kinda wish I did now. That would be perfect for early fall.

      You cannot beat their price to quality ratio. Great products at a great price. My first purchase was the cinch buckle tree strap set for a Hennessy hammock I have and I just kept going from there. Lol

    I just got mine today. Can’t wait to try it out. Thanks for the showcase video and I hope to see a video review after you’ve tested it.
    I was actually in the planning stages of making something similar using the Costco Down quilts. I guess they’ll get used in another project now.

      We are headed out for our trip in two days, so next week sometime I will have the videos put together. I have several Onewind products now, and I am very pleased with all of them.

    I’m 6’4”. Wonder if the XL would be my fit? Yeah!
    Feet covered is also necessary for me.

      Not sure how well it will fit you. I’m 6’ and it has more than enough room in it. And that is with feet tucked lol

    Does this thing have buckles on it or all snaps ? Thanks for the review. Do you still enjoy it years later

      It only has snaps, no buckles. And yes, I still love it all these years later. If you like verstal gear the same way I do, you're going to love this top quilt.

      @reallifeadventures4671 im 6'3 i like the helitech swagman poncho with the front pocket but its too small .and yes if i have multi function kit then my wife and dog have more room for their stuff lol .dave canterbury has actually designed a 3 pound version of this for colder temps, thought i may pass this info to you , its made through helitec and affordable. Safe camping

    I saw another review that had a head hole instead of arm holes.. now I'm confused

    • @reallifeadventures4671
      @reallifeadventures4671  2 роки тому

      It does have a spot for your head and for your arms, it all depends on how you set it up and want to wear it. If you have any specific questions please let me know, and I will try to answer them for you.

    What is your opinion of the underquilt ?

      Unfortunately I can’t give you an honest answer on that. As you can see from the video I love the versatility of it, however a lot of things have been going on in my life the past few months and I have not been able to get out and actually test it. As soon as I’m able to get out and truly test it I will definitely post a video about it. Thank you for watching and commenting.
