- I have been wanting a tarp that has doors for quite some time now, however finding one that is of good quality and won't break the bank is harder than you would think. I have purchased several other pieces of Onewind gear and I have always been blown away with the quality of their products. I have also always found it amazing that you can purchase such great quality at such a budget friendly price. And with this tarp they did it again, great quality and a great price in one light weight package.
I absolutely love the versatility of this tarp. You can set it up in so many different configurations and it comes with everything you need to hit the trail. Whether you are hiking your favorite trail or exploring a new area, you need to be able to rely on your gear. Having peace of mind that you will be covered and out of the elements no matter what Mother Nature throws at you is huge when you are on the trail and away from the comforts of home. This tarp allows you to bring that comfort and peace of mind with you no matter where you wander.
"Hike your own hike" I truly believe in that saying. I have used everything from a small asymmetrical tarp all the way up to a full 13 foot by 10 foot three pound tarp. I don't think you should just purchase a piece of gear just because you see everyone else using it. I believe you should purchase the type of gear that you are comfortable with using and that you can afford. Just because a piece of gear is expensive does not mean it is the best and just because something is of lower price does not mean it is of lower quality Do your research and purchase what you want.

I love my Tarp and Hammock as well. I'd like to pass on a hint from Blackie Thomas, include an empty 20-gauge plastic shell in your kit to slip over the metal stakes in order to make them much easier to push into the ground. Happy Hanging.
I have 4 tarps with doors,none with zippers yet,but none of the door flaps close as perfectly as one winds giving great coverage. I love mine.its a great fly with a perty good company I've had no complaints about and I've got 9 or 10 products from them in my camp sack......great vid.new sub.

Just bought this tarp and very excited to use it. I like deep winter camping but open end tarps are not fun. This looks like a great product. Thank you for speaking clearly and on point with what's important.
I absolutely love my tarp. It definitely keeps the wind off of the hammock way better than my open end tarp. Have you seen the new hot tent Onewind came out with. I have not purchased it yet however I will be and I can’t wait to give it a try.

I find onewind products to be a great value. I picked up the 11 foot hammock from them some time ago and have been very happy with the quality. This tarp will be my next purchase. Thanks for the info.

Same here. A few of my next items to get will be the hot tent and my son wants the new camo zipper hammock and camo tarp set up.
Best videos on UA-cam. Great detail in explaining. Very appreciative. I’m going to hike the AT next year and I’ve pretty much decided I’m going all One Wind gear. Can you lower the tarp all the way to the ground with it fully enclosed like a tent and still be able to suspend the hammock? Condensation could be a problem I guess since air couldn’t pass through. Thoughts? Thx
Thank you very much. Yes, you can lower the tarp all the way to the ground and still have your hammock suspended underneath. You will be considerably lower to the ground however, you can make it work. I have multiple pieces of Onewind gear and I highly recommend it to anyone Interested in hammocks, and hammock gear.
