Very nice lantana home. I especially like the eat in kitchen, the wide screened in lanai, and the big patio with the pergola.

The chicken pot pie looked yummy. Perfect meal when the wind chill drops to minus 50 degrees in January in my area.
It was extremely nice. I know it’s more of a winter meal but the air conditioning was down quite low 😂
Jana, I visited your home state earlier this month when I attended my youngest niece's graduation from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green. I was quite favorably impressed by WKU's campus, and seeing my niece graduate with her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing was wonderful. When I was driving back to the Nashville Airport, I saw a Publix store just a few miles from the airport. I didn't know Publix had stores as far north as Tennessee. Loved the lanai on house of the week. Great landscaping for privacy. Enjoy your Memorial Day holiday.

LOVE the Lantana in Polo Ridge! Happy to see that homes are being sold under asking. Up here, in Ohio, we're still selling within hours, over asking. It's exhausting. I've only ever been to Glenview Country Club, but I'd love to try others. Your pot pie looked creamy and delicious. Now we know where to go for good pizza, also! I knew the trivia answer right away! Have you ever seen a "Riverdale" model? It was the first house we saw, the very first time we came to TV in 2017. I would refer to it as a Premier version of the Lantana. The one we saw was at 17600 SE 88th Covington. With respect to the HOTW, I love a Lantana with a left garage, as I prefer the layout of the primary bedroom with that style. I also love the four windows - We would put our bed on the "short" wall, between the windows. LOVE THE CLOSET BUILT INS!!! Does this laundry room have the nook? I know many of the newer neighborhoods don't have it anymore. Thanks for another great video!
Hey! We like Mallory Hill C.C. But we do like them all really, most have a great view. I don’t recall the riverdale model but I go into so many houses it’s difficult to differentiate between them after a while. I like the Lantana model too. In fact I have a Lantana listing on a golf course coming up in a couple of weeks. I have closet built ins and they make it so much easier to be organized. Definitely wotrth the money
