I want you to know that since I found your channel over 4 months ago I have cooked your recipes at least 4 times per week - sometimes 5 or more times per week. We have had the Balti at least 20 times, Jalfrezi and Aloo Gobi at least 10 times, I have cooked the Keema matar 3 times (we save that one for special occasions - the kids love it). I have cooked the malai curry, the madras curry, the drumstick curry, and for the first time last week made your proper pilau rice rather than the quick version (that was a real hit!). These meals are so healthy and every single one of them has been incredible. You have deepended my understanding of cooking and getting the biggest flavour from the meals I make - I have taken a lot of your tips and applied them to other recipes as well. Putting it simple you have completely changed everything for me in the kitchen. I love that the recipes are not to time consuming but you still get amazing results. I can't thank you enough! I am really looking forward to more videos and visiting your restaurant one day. I will also be purchasing pans and spices from you. The generosity you have given us all in sharing your family recipes is incredible. Thank you! ... Also, your video's are so soothing. After a long day at work I love nothing more than cooking with you as I watch the videos every single time I make the recipes - even though I know how to do them now. Big respect mate.

Using a pressure cooker cuts the time even more. It's every desi house-wife's secret love affair in the kitchen. Lovely recipe, will try it out. Some more regional Pakistani dishes would be much appreciated.
Looks like another excellent recipe to try. Just subscribed to the channel and last evening made the Vegetable Bhaji and Chicken Madras to happy feedback from the family. I was wondering if i don't par-boil the potatoes and cauliflower and if by adding water at the end as you mention, that it will provide more gravy? Also for the Butter Chicken, i don't have Butter chicken masala powder but have Tikka Masala powder, is that a good/potential substitute? THX!!
Thank you so much for your kind words and kind feedback. In that case adding water will be beneficial and most definitely you will get a sauce also, you can use massala powder, results may be different but overall will be nice though
