I get what everyone is saying about it probably being insanely complicated to wheel the rock dawg, but I'm thinking about how fun it would be once you have a handle on it. Generally a lot of hard obstacles have pretty much one solution, but with that rig every obstacle has almost infinite solutions because you can change so many variables on the rig.
Just like all rigs its going to have a learning curve. A bit more than most, but like you said once you got it down the opportunities for bigger and harder obstacles will be there.
The rock Dawg buggy is just flat out cool! I do know that I would have a serious hard time driving it due to all the complications. I would love to see that buggy as a more regular vehicle on the channel. Happy New Year!!

Oh heck yea! Terrific video folks and yes, we would like to see a challenge between your rigs. Keep having fun and stay safe!

I am not into rock crawling they say ( trail ) but looks like no one has been there or should not be. they went like a mile, One said, you could winch that in less than 24 hours. I had thoughts of something like your rock dog that could step over obstacles/ rocks. So happy to see you have done it. It looks like you could lead 24 hrs and not take that long to do it.
We were on 24 hell and back in AZ. My rig is the blue rear steer. the green one is my buddies. the trails they did in the 24hour hell and back takes us about an hour or so. we got little air time because we drove it so easy. Keep the wheels down
Did he say 90 gpm pump???
Yep. both axles have hydraulic drive motors and all the rams for extending, raising and steering. the actual motor is just to run the pump.
Something!
Thank you!.
If you take the challenge out of it what fun is that?
chasing more challenging stuff. It would be lame if he over built it just to do standard jeep trails.
It doesn't look like (Abnormal) had spotters, or needed them.
Dude is a not just a wild builder but an epic wheeler!.
Rc ..max funny. I freaked the f there for a second
Think legit works! we love wheelin with this guy.
It’s a cool rig
Almost as cool as my rig (blue one underneath) 😂😀
I like yogurt
Me too!!! I like it even better when its frozen!.
It's the same as a rear steer buggy
Pretty much. just Drive line delete kit and able to extend and adjust hight on each corner.
@@WRECKEDGEAR yup
Abby Normal????
“The Bride of Frankenstein”!!!
Ha ha ha I'm going to start calling it that.
It’s awesome engineering but to much crap to keep up with! For me the simpler the better
Its for sure a different style and my style if for sure simpler the better. Just so cool to see what someone can build. Alec is also a Pilot, I asked him what was easier to drive a plane or his crawler. He said a plane for sure lol.
Jealousy burns hot with @thrashmetal7588
This is not the first concept. This might be were a computer reading things might be better offroad.
Still controlled by a driver. just much more for him to be able to handle.
We can put up with a pretty girl forgetting the batteries. But if the guy's does it he's an idiot😂😂😂
Bahh ha ha ha. right!. WI though jess we wouldn't have any footage. I guess we will give her a pass this time.
😂 Thank you!!! 🙏
Buncher tech, on a rock crawler.
🙌
Was wondering who purchased all my broken heavy equipment I sold for parts 😂😂😂😂.
Honestly I think it’s bad ass not any driver can manage all those levers 🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧
Owner of this rig is a wheat farmer, He combined his hobby with his work and this is the creation. 😁
@@WRECKEDGEAR he has to be fluent in hydraulics to have assembled that machine . I often am repairing smaller heavy equipment and ponder how durable and useful some stuff would be for the trail
The future? That kinda things been around for like 15 years 😂😂
People still haven't caught on.
If u blow a line in the heat chould be interesting
That's no joke!. This is why he routinely checks them an makes sure they are all good.
it's the "future of off-road" just the same as Dippin' Dots has been the "future of ice cream" for at least 20 years.🤣🤣 cool rig tho
exactly!.
Just more stuff that can break…
He put it together legit so not much breaking. but I totally agree with less is more for dependability.
@@WRECKEDGEAR Oh I definitely think it’s freaking cool & would like to see it in action in person but that’s a lot of hydraulic lines!! lol 😂
