Great bending 101 video. While I have never used the RF bender specifically the video is a great place to start. One good thing about the RF tools is the large library and customer support available. Made in the USA is a big factor when choosing the right bender. Good job.

Bent a lot of custom exhaust for years and well that’s been a while, today we build from Mandrel Stainless pieces, for cage work this will be awesome! Tailpipes over the axle get fun to not have rattles and to look symmetrical... very nice machine
Have been looking at getting a tube bender for my new shop and nothing else compares to the capability and features. Plus with these instructional videos for support it's making my decision easy.

Can you guys do a video on making the driveshaft loop over please I tried follwing the. Write up but I understood my first side , I did get the shape just my measurements to go each side was short on one side, thanks
@5:07 you guys state that you can resume any one of those bends since you still have the clamps in the same position. That's great and I'm really happy I can continue to bend at exactly the same spot without removing the clamps. However, I'm curious to know how we get to that first bend if the second clamp is within the radius section of the first bend? Isn't it preventing it from even going back into the bender? Can you clarify what you can actually continue to bend and show us a demonstration perhaps in another video? Thanks in advance! Great videos by the way!
If the clamp is in the radius of the bend you can still resume EITHER, but not BOTH. You would have to remove the other clamp in this uncommon case. I hope that makes sense!
Very nice looking bender, you make it look simple and easy. I have only bent tubing a few times and would like to own a bender and learn to use it correctly. Thanks for the video.

We absolutely will at some point, but not for the m600 line. The 600 means 6" max bend radius, and that isn't big enough for most applications on 2.5" OD.
Awesome bender and videos. Just bought an m600 and couldn't be more pleased. I also got the bendtech software as recommended. It seems like some of the longer pieces with s bends are likely to hit the floor when loading the bender. Any tips

A basic rule of thumb is you want your radius to be at least 3x your material's outer diameter. If your material has a very thin wall you may need to go larger to prevent excessive deformation. You can also check out our chart here (www.roguefab.com/tube-capacity-chart/) to see the minimum and maximum capacity for just about every die we make

Sand is not worth the mess and time. Depending on technique, you can make (and heat) a pressure vessel (unsafe) when you weld caps on a tube packed with wet sand. The industrial solution (under $100) is an internal metal mandrel that is 100% removable. It's called cerrobend. We have a video on it here: ua-cam.com/video/0NWV2oSy0CE/v-deo.html Or get the only mandrel bender in the world that is remotely affordable (we make it right here in Oregon!): ua-cam.com/video/heL5xt7s1hI/v-deo.html -Joe
@@RogueFabrication Thank you for that. I was not sure. I measures the thicknesses of both sides with some calipers and it was the same so I ran it. One more thing, with the 1.75 set I recieved 2 pressure dies. I think for HD bends with hd kit, but I only have one 1.75 clamp.
Great video 👍 I just subscribed. I have been looking to buy a tubing bender and the Rogue looks like it’s on a entire different level compared with other benders on the market! I’m completely new to tubing bending so I’m going to check out some of your other videos 👍
Rogue Fabrication Thanks for commenting back 👍 I have built a lot of machines from a bandsaw mill to building a UTV out of a old quad and built a hydraulic dump bed for it. I’m actually in the process of building a mini 4x4 articulating dump truck for my property, I used all Subaru running gear for it. I’m up to part 8 on my build series about it so far. What I plan to build when I get a bender is a stout 4wd side by side using once again Subaru running gear. Again I will be making a build series out of the side x side build. I have checkout a lot of info on your site, I just need to read up on what size dies would be best for my next project, I always work with square metal so I’m a bit new to fabrication with tubing. Take care
Rogue Fabrication Yes it steers in the center hydraulically and also pivots at the same joint so the front and rear axles move independently. The center joint was quite complex to get everything designed right because the drive line runs though the center of it also. Take care 🙂

Unless you spend 10x the price of our M625 mandrel bender, you won't get a broader wall ratio range (from 2" x .083/.065 up to .250 wall). Call us. Let's talk. 503-389-5413
How about filling tube with sand and welding both ends, wont it help, too much hassle I guess? 😁
Great info
Good benders for sure
Thanks Tyler
Esa máquina si me gusta es rápida las otras k usan aire son lentas y muy ruidosos
Si, hay dos aqui. Este maqina puede usar aire o electricidad por los hydrolicos. Gracias. -Joe
Hello, I just opened my 1.75 dies and they have a shoulder machined on them unlike the rest of my dies. It seems to be off center?
Yes, that is intentional. It is just to stay out of the way of the electric/hydraulic auto bend stop system. In case you add it later.
I use cheap conduit from the box store for mockup.
I know a really gifted fabricator who also does that. Greg Leone of WMD Fab. It is a good tactic.
Great video 👍 I just subscribed.
I have been looking to buy a tubing bender and the Rogue looks like it’s on a entire different level compared with other benders on the market! I’m completely new to tubing bending so I’m going to check out some of your other videos 👍
Thank you Mike! Have you already seen the huge tech section on our web page? What will you be building once you start bending?
Take care
Holy cow. That is an interesting list of projects. When you say articulating, you mean articulating for steering, right?
Rogue Fabrication Yes it steers in the center hydraulically and also pivots at the same joint so the front and rear axles move independently.
The center joint was quite complex to get everything designed right because the drive line runs though the center of it also. Take care 🙂
What ram are you using?

I have done it
Rock on! -Joe
I wish I could afford one.. how much $ ...or any affordable machines like this
Get pricing at RogueFab.com. They are very affordable for a US-Made tool with this level of performance. You can get a complete machine with a 180 degree die and hydraulics for under $1500 at the time of this post.
Sorry, but I have to also post this, we have trolls try to leverage us from comments with numbers in them:

I should have added extra clamps to my order!
They ship 2nd day air for $10 ;)
