John, I've ordered the same exhaust. Did you need to also to get an O2 sensor extension?

Funny enough… I was revisiting that when I was putting back on my tusk racks. It’s the bracket that you add with the tusk Pannier racks that the clearance issue. Without that bracket, I think you should be OK.

The muffler came as a kit with the mid pipes. Kept baffle in.
