Emergency Help with ADT connects you to a trained safety professional who can assist during uncomfortable situations.
If you’re driving with Lyft and need emergency help, follow the steps in this video to connect with an ADT agent.
To request emergency help:
- On your navigation map, while online, tap on the shield icon
- On the menu that pops up, tap ‘Get emergency help’ and ‘Slide to get help’
- Lyft will share your ride info with ADT and ADT will call you
- ADT will help assess your emergency and alert a 911 dispatch center
