  • Going online for the first time as a Lyft driver can feel a little overwhelming. Jackee (23,000 rides in Atlanta), Dori (5000 rides in San Diego) and Brian (5500 rides in New Orleans) have been there! In this video, they share how they overcame their initial concern, and what motivates them to continue going online, thousands of rides later.

I remember my first ride, and that was 7 years ago. I started out as an Uber driver and switched to Lyft after a year and have been driving for only Lyft for the past 6 years now and I absolutely love it. I make my own hours, I have met so many new and exciting people. Its a good feeling knowing that you can go out if you need extra funds to pay an unexpected bill or have money for the holidays 😊. This will be my forever job 😊😊.

I am a new driver as of about a month ago and I was unfairly deactivated the other night. I have a 5 star rating & high driving score and yet a couple unfair passenger complaints got me deactivated. I have a clean criminal record and clean driving record and yet, Lyft is unfairly terminating me over a couple complaints. It's like my driving record and my Lyft ranking all mean nothing. They refuse to even tell me what the complaints were or which passengers left the complaints. I reached out to 2 support agents and they both gave me no information and refused to reactivate me. I ALWAYS drive safely and make sure everyone has their seatbelt on. Is anyone able to help me or point ne in the right direction? I have looked forward to doing Lyft for years & it is my only source of income. I am heartbroken, stressed, and confused.

I’ve been a driver for 8 years and have never been treated so poorly.
All driver support is now Ai and you will never speak to a human.
I gave a 2hr fare recently, over 65 miles of distance and was paid $38 before tip. The customer was charged 169.37

Is Lyft honestly pretending to give a shit about their drivers when they're paying them less and less and less??
Does anybody fall for this public relations bullshit??😂😂

My first ride as a Lyft driver, the rider had shoe polish (or something) on his bag which transferred to my seat. Left a black stain.
Support which used to be better than Uber's (not so much now) said "We don't pay for drivers downtime."
OK, well, I still gotta get it cleaned... And they gave me like $50.
These videos are marketing 🐂💩because Lyft is slowly dying... Don't ferget the new ceo said they are open to being bought... What does that tell you?

Lyft sucks I'm sorry to say. A bunch of $3 rides and now ur saying to help people with mobility challenges and stow away their wheelchairs? Do you pay us extra for that? Do you pay us if we are to throw our backs out lifting and can't drive? So stop sending us, posting stupid stuff on our accounts about that
