- I dispelled two myths commonly invoked by gun-grabbers.
1. ATF Director Dettelbach admitted to me there is no such thing as a gun show loophole.
2. The ATF and media artificially inflate childhood firearm death statistics by including 18- and 19-year-old gang members.

Defund the ATF. Why can't we just close the place? Why not? A responsive answer would be swell. I doubt I'll get one but I thought I'd ask all the same. Keep holding their feet to the fire Massie, they always underestimate you.

I would vote for anything Massie supports. He is one of the only intelligent, patriotic members of congress.
Logic, demonstrated like a warm knife. Massie seems to encourage heart-felt dialogue and respect, even whilst dealing heavy blows. Perhaps they go belly-up because his perspectives don't fit into their warchest of common-responses, are authentic and pragmatic. Like getting them between the eyes. The ATF puppet all but agreed with Massie, blamed Congress for stupid laws, just couldn't stand under his own agency's words or statistics. Shows how Massie can invite favor while maintaining the upper hand. What a politician.
When Dettelbach was nominated I thought he'd give responsible oversight to the ATF, and make reasonable changes to procedure. Instead, he's presided over increasingly perverse and convoluted interpretations of congressional statutes and reckless and violent raids on peaceful and responsible citizens resulting in wrongful death. This record should be taken a stain on any responsible agency, but Dettelbach has unbelievably defended these actions and policies as congressional intent, which indicates he is either seriously deluded or acting in bad faith. Either one is grounds for impeachment and redress.
