In order to achieve this nod you have to take 4 10mg percocets and drink promethazine plain syrup to keep them down because some people will get nauseous and vomit them back up or take 2-6 xanax bars with it and you will nod off wherever you are and will have no recollection of what happened. I've done it occasionally and I'm not going to lie it's the best feeling I have a friend who takes 10 percocets at a time and will not feel nauseous and throw them up but will be super alerted, very talkative before he nods out but he is going to be shocked when he finds out his liver is damaged from the acetaminophen.
