Man I'm sad that he's gone. I still remember exactly where I was when I heard he died. I was standing at the bathroom sink brushing my teeth and looking at Twitter and just immediately spit out my toothpaste. I felt such sadness and disbelief that he was gone. That's something that's going to stick with me for life. His music helped me (and continues to help me) through so much, especially All Girls Are the Same during a brief but very confusing period of time in high school. But even though I miss him so much, watching this interview doesn't make me sad, it just makes me happy that we even got to have him at all. Seeing him laugh and smile all throughout just gives me joy and reminds me of all the great things he put out into the world.
