I was standing at the bathroom sink brushing my teeth and looking at Twitter and just immediately spit out my toothpaste. I felt such sadness and disbelief that he was gone. That's something that's going to stick with me for life. His music helped me (and continues to help me) through so much, especially All Girls Are the Same during a brief but very confusing period of time in high school. But even though I miss him so much, watching this interview doesn't make me sad, it just makes me happy that we even got to have him at all. Seeing him laugh and smile all throughout just gives me joy and reminds me of all the great things he put out into the world. I never had a rapper's death hit me like this. I wasnt obsessed with him as a person, hell I didn't even know what he looked like before he passed. But I've played his music constantly since I found him summer 2018. Bout all I listened too😭 a week before his death I was telling my doctor's how I hope they have juice wrld to play cause that's what imma request for my MRI. The night before I was telling some friends we're gonna see him live and imma sneak backstage. The next morning I woke up and got on my phone and people had been tagging me in articles of his death since his music and lyrics was constantly all over my social media. I couldn't believe it. My heart breaks for the people who knew and loved this boy personally, because he really really seemed like a sweet, genuine young man who was lost but had beautiful intentions and a beautiful life to live, and a better self to find. I can't thank you enough for your music comforting me in some of my loneliest times, all alone in my apartment with my heart broken. You were and still are my favorite but it hurts a lil deeper listening to your songs now. 😔😭

I never had a rapper's death hit me like this. I wasnt obsessed with him as a person, hell I didn't even know what he looked like before he passed. But I've played his music constantly since I found him summer 2018. Bout all I listened too😭 a week before his death I was telling my doctor's how I hope they have juice wrld to play cause that's what imma request for my MRI. The night before I was telling some friends we're gonna see him live and imma sneak backstage. The next morning I woke up and got on my phone and people had been tagging me in articles of his death since his music and lyrics was constantly all over my social media. I couldn't believe it. My heart breaks for the people who knew and loved this boy personally, because he really really seemed like a sweet, genuine young man who was lost but had beautiful intentions and a beautiful life to live, and a better self to find. I can't thank you enough for your music comforting me in some of my loneliest times, all alone in my apartment with my heart broken. You were and still are my favorite but it hurts a lil deeper listening to your songs now. 😔😭
