Amazing. I have no culinary training so I learn a lot from the channel just by looking at the equipment I've never seen before - the conical thing for dispensing currant paste into the silicone mold, the piping bag that makes the chestnut vermicelli, pie weights, etc. Then I think it's funny to see the occasional ziplock bag and food service container, it proves Michelin level chefs are still humans!

Oh Bruno, I love you so much. You are also making all those delicious timeless classics. I even discovered the 'barquette au marron' here on YT which has indeed become a rarity in present day bakeries.
And now the 'Mont Blanc', which is one of my favourites too. Luckily it is still to be found in many patisseries and fortunately I don't live too far from France. Merci mille fois pour ton inspiration!
