I even discovered the 'barquette au marron' here on YT which has indeed become a rarity in present day bakeries. And now the 'Mont Blanc', which is one of my favourites too. Luckily it is still to be found in many patisseries and fortunately I don't live too far from France. Merci mille fois pour ton inspiration!
Mais j'ai trouvé les demi-sphères 😂 Et des moules en forme de théière que j'ai remplis de chocolat puis de confiture à la fraise et re-chocolat. Ah et j'ai trouvé la douille pour la crème de marron !!! Donc ça vient. Lentement mais sûrement 😂❤
