Daz is doing his best to ruin this for her. A normal person who has not seen this would not be defending this guy who so far is the suspect of a horrible crime. So from this gaye can already suspect he is innocent. This is why you don’t watch shit with people who’ve already seen things. Daz is unknowingly influencing how she takes in the information and shaping her conclusions for her. We know you’ve seen it you don’t have to lead her through it

Absolutely they deserve it, I have a lawsuit I can file right now against the state of New Jersey, Cape May Courthouse, Cape May County, but I need a good lawyer who isn't afraid to take them on, the lawyer can keep all the money, I just want to prove to them that they are wrong and I'm right, tried telling the Judge but he doesn't want to listen and the public defender sucks, they all play golf together, public defender, the Judges and the prosecutors. Then I can focus on Pennsylvania for violating my rights for a fair trial. Know any lawyers ?

I fully understand the conclusion that the police jumped to, but the giant bruise itself should have warranted medical attention immediately. But given that he wandered around the house for two days before the police even arrived, the damage was already likely irreversible before the police even arrived and the ultimate outcome would likely have been the same regardless. Horrible story non-the-less.

It doesn't really matter what the police thought happened. They don't have the right to choose who gets the medical attention they obviously need, based on whether they think he's committed a crime or not. They're not the judge and jury of all things. Everyone involved who didn't do their due diligence needs to be disciplined in some form or fashion.

Cops showed up to his house, asked for me, asked if I was ok and told me to call my aunt ASAP.😂😂😂 Props to the cops in that small town knowing everyone because she only gave him his first name, about how old he was & his brother & sister's 1st names. I callled my aunt right away & she was amazed how fast they found me(15 minutes) with what little info she gave them then asked if my boyfriend was a criminal - he's not & had only moved there a few months prior - but his sister was definitely well known to the police there.

Can't imagine living where the police don't do welfare checks. They are so common, a few years ago a woman was found deceased in her home two years after she died. The police did a ton of welfare checks through the years, she was a recluse and mean to her neighbors. Oddly enough the police didn't find her, instead a couple who were curious about the house looked in at just the right angle to see her almost fully decomposed body sitting at her kitchen table with a partially filled out check in front of her.
But welfare checks are carried out every day all across the nation.

I don't know about in the UK, but I would think that welfare checks are thing there too.
It's meant to be when there's legitimate reason to think that someone's life might be in danger, and the police agree. So, for example, if someone is posting alarming things online that makes their friends think they might be planning to unalive themself.
Or if it is an elderly person with health problems and their family hasn't been able to get ahold of them.
The idea is that if it's someone you live far away from, or you're concerned you might not get to them in time (such as with a suicide attempt). Plus, the police can force entry if there's suspicion of trouble.
Gaynor mentioned that if she hadn't seen an elderly neighbor in a while she'd go knock on the door, but if there's no answer...what is she going to do?

They punched him, threw him on his face and kicked him in the head. THIS WAS RECORDED ON THE OFFICERS WALKIE. When Ryans dad tried getting to the bottom of THAT they fucking threatened him and Ryans mom. They harrassed them for months. These mfers were as dirty as cops can get. Heres the video w all the facts on file… m.ua-cam.com/video/zcZFsy18KZY/v-deo.html&pp=ygUQUnlhbiB3YWxsZXJzIGRhZA%3D%3D

Ryan literally has a broken jaw throughout that interrogation.

Idk if they should be charged with anything, but the detective (s) that interacted with him should be punished somehow.

They should be charged w assault and battery at the scene bc they broke Ryans jaw when they got there. Punched him in the mouth, threw him on his face and kicked him.
Its all in this video w Ryans dad. After the cops FUCKING THREATENED THEM they went to the media.

The police make mistakes, they are human like everyone else. Our outrage should always be directed at/to the CRIMINALS who cause these injustices by their criminal conduct and acts.

They are professionals, when on the job. Next time tell that to your doctor when they f*ck you up, during surgery. " They are human and make mistakes" That doesn't mean, there aren't consequences.

@@kikibigbangfan3540 Life is full of "consequences" friend. You see I can understand and forgive the physician who messes me UNINENTIONALLY/ACCIDENTALLY at least while doing his/her best to help me since WE ALL MAKE MANY MISTAKES throughout life, Jesus once said "he who is sinless, throw the first stone," and no one could even budge. What I CANNOT forgive is a person who INTENTIONALLY murders an innocent person, especially if the victim is someone close to me. Murderers kill for PLEASURE, criminals break the law ON PURPOSE! THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE!!!! Criminals take pleasure in the pain and suffering of the innocent ones and will continue to deliberately victimize them and break the law. Maybe you should keep that in mind when/if, (God forbids) the day ever comes when YOU might have to pick up the phone and call the police to save YOUR life if you are under attack. Then while you wait on the police to arrive to save you, then YOU can tell that to the CRIMINAL who is trying to f*ck YOU up!!!

American police are terrible. You don't take a man with head injuries and lock him in a car for 6 hours.

Mr Ballen is a great channel but I feel he should talk way less when it comes to interrogation clips. There was barely any footage of the actual interrogation

UA-cam has a 30 second bubble where you cant say or do certain things or you get demonetized. All youtubers have something to get them through that first 30 seconds before the actual content is shown. It doesnt take much effort to know this…
