What about the tempering of the crime scene. The bullet may have been planted allegedly. Why us that been ignored. Tha accused were not near the crime scene at the time Sebzo was killed. Who is the killer of Senzo? Who pulled the trigger? Why are the eye witnesses not being called to testify? Why are the people who tempered with the crime scene not being questioned? A big Why?

There is a lot that casts doubt in the case...first of all the crime scene where the bullet was found the next day and was never found by the police who were there the previous day, was seriously contaminated...the possibility of the bullet being placed there after it was fired from the gun that was found at the police its seal being broken cannot be ruled out...and the procedure to handle the firearm by mangena was not properly followed...moreover the DNA test results from the crime scene was inconclusive, which means that there's no certainly that the accused were in the house on the day of killing of Senzo...all the evidence so far casts doubt and when there's doubt the accused has to be acquitted...
