Human settlement must correct how people have settled to correct crime and that can happen if the land issue get resolved, so there is a lot that leads to crime, people who are responsible for these crimes are those who control the markets

And although I am "retire " I are still full time involved in our Province Search and Rescue/Pol Divers/Waterwing and work still on rescue scences, missing persons, recovery of drowned bodys , as voluntary base due not that long off. Missed my career must and even assist Tracker dog memb as an expert in high profile court cases to be preparing courtcards ect. Lucky my health are good and wants the best for SA Citizens to feel safe. Was my age runs in to went on pension. Honestly I personally have seen a lot of improvement in the police, you drive around Durban and you see police officers walking in a group, police cars driving around, I believe our prayers are answered as we have been wanting for police visibility, and where I stay, you look outside your window in the early hours of the morning and several times I have seen police cars patrolling...we are thankful Gen.
