Brilliant at what? Nothing. He is just delaying proceedings. He is a high risk prisoner who has previously used technology to commit crimes or further commit crimes. He has access to info via hard copy which is his right. He wants the electronic equipment and access to the internet for what when the legal books are Infront of him? He wants to use the electronic equipment to initiate other crimes. The judge is not wrong here she would be enabling a habitual criminal to further commit crimes. He isn't a genius he is just stretching the context of rights mentioned in the constitution.
