Here is a quick and easy video on how to replace the battery in your Oculus Quest 1 / Rift controller. Both the left and the right hand controller have the same process. You will need to use your thumbs and slide the handle out. Once you have pushed that out, the battery goes + side facing the bottom of the controller. Slide the cover back on and you're back in business! I hope you found the video helpful!
