Booked the Monte Carlo variant and have been waiting for over a month while the prestige is readily available. Dealer are providing added benefits onto Prestige variant making it appealing for buyers for sure.
@@seshanvijayraghvanchronicles For now, planning to wait until August end. If it still doesn't arrive, I'll be discussing the Prestige option with the dealership.
Hi, @sid_1007! The base model of the Kushaq while does offer decent features. However, if possible do extend your budget a little and get the Onyx trim. If that's not possible, you might find for your 12 lakh budget, the mid-spec variant of both the Nexon and the XUV 3XO will offer you more creature comforts and tech and both are equally good. We suggest you take a drive of both cars, and see what offers are you getting before you finalise your decision.
Xuv 300 diesel is good , don't go for petrol engine. Petrol engine is 3 cylinder engine and u may end more maintenance later point. Kushaq 1L is also good. Good driving dynamics.
Same confusion here, took test drive of nexon and nexon is out from list, now thinking whether to go with Kushaq (base looks decent feature ) or 3xo AX5..
I booked 3xo ax5 and waited for 10 weeks and now they are saying becuase of high demand we can not deliver on time and no gurantee for upcming montha about delivery…. So now thinking to buy skoda kushaq please suggest me
Hello sir, under Rs 15-16 Lakhs What will be the best car skoda slavia 1.0 ltr vs 1.5 ltr or skoda kushaq, as i need it for use in maximum for office within city and less on highway.
One is a sedan and one is an SUV, so it depends on what body type you prefer. However, considering your budget we'd suggest going for the 1.0 TSI which is ideal for City usage. Slavia 1.0 TSI will be a good option.
Hi, @chayanikadevi3398! Skoda recently slashed the prices for the Kushaq by up to Rs 2 Lakh, and that's what we are talking about here. The current prices are effectively the reduced ones. However you can check with your local dealer for any additional benefits.
Hi, @MakeNagalandGreatAgain! Well an SUV with AWD or 4x4 will be more ideal choice for hilly areas with steep, rough roads. However, if you are looking for an option between these two in particular, then the peppier more powerful Kushaq 1.5 might turn out to be a better choice.
I am also looking into Kusahq Signature 1.0 AT models but is confused between 2AB, 6AB and Ambition variant of 1.0 AT models? I believe 2AB models are no longer manufactured but what are the differences between 6AB and Ambition variants? Is Ambition variant too is being phased out? Skoda's brochures no longer highlights Signature variant but a different variant called Sportline. I need to compare 6AB 1.0 AT & Ambition 1.0 AT versions and choose the right one for me. Can someone help?
Hey Seshan, Is the 1.5L engine the same that comes with cylinder deactivation? If it is, the 1.5L is going to be much more economical on highways in eco mode and it’s definitely a more fun car to drive, extra features not taken into account.
Hi @meetankush, yes it's the same engine with cylinder deactivation tech. And yes you are correct if your car is going to do more highway runs the 1.5 TSI will certainly be favourable. But in the City, the 1.0 TSI will likely be more frugal.
1.5L engine comes with ACT. There are no modes as such, it shuts down 2 cylinders when you cruise on highways, but I am not really sure how this works as I see it's not very consistent in my car though helps in mileage a bit. Driveability is amzing due to 4 cylinders and a bigger engine no frequent shifts required on heavy traffic as well.

Hey, @TheAjax125! It totally depends on what you are looking for, and which powertrain you plan to get. The Kushaq will give you better driving dynamics and performance than the Creta.
