Well we didn't get an idea where they connect or how involved it is to get a Rockford Fos dealer to flash, or the typical cost.. Where do they connect to, and what has to be removed for them to reach it?
Flashing the radio is done on the clutch-side by removing the service cover and using the Can-Bus port. Usually takes 15 minutes for the actual process. Pricing is subject to Dealer shop rates but is typically around $100. You can find a dealers that flash here: rftech.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1344/
No, you should be good to go! We just recommend adding them because if you ever want to upgrade the system in the future, or sell the system and the new buyer wants to upgrade it, the jumpers are already there.
I had this install done by my dealer and they did not give any of the unused cables back. Is there some way to order the dsr harness and the y adapters for the speakers?

The option you want is "2 Speaker Upper Fairing / 1 Amp" AUDIO DEALER: These techs use the "TechnoResearch" hardware. The option you want is "Rockford Fosgate: 2014+ All Bikes". Do the Y adapters need to be used if you’re not adding anything else other than the 6.5’s and 6x9’s?
