750 thousand. I think not. I'm guessing more In the 3 million range.
Very likely that they will increase the price, however Hill is still selling them for about $750,000
@@AviationBase Where is Hill selling them for $750000? At this stage it hasn't even flown to the best of my knowledge. And is no more than a flashy mockup. Let alone gone through the grueling certification process. As another commenter stated, a Robinson r66 is around 1 million, how do you think this can sell for less? People, use your brains.
Looks wayyy to inexpensive for it's type... I wonder if they'll make it.
Building a $750k chopper isn’t a problem if you don’t charge $27 for a 6 mm washer and $18.000 for a cigarette lighter 😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Those heavy parts prices are said to be extremely high due to manufactors insurance liabilty cost.
Hill has been selling cgi, and using customer deposits to fund operations, for years now.
But progress is being made. They aren't a total scam
750,000 pennies?
So you have more CGI crap from this outfit? We've got to see one fly, but they've certainly put a lot of money into pretty videos
They showed two prototypes 2 weeks ago to 1,000 people who have paid deposits.
But it has not flown yet.
You couldn't buy the motor for 750000 bucks 😂
I doubt it will ever come to market nearly that cheap. If it comes remotely close to the price target and performance, Robinson is out of business overnight.
And Bell, and Airbus and everyone else in that segment. Now they will be forced to cut huge profits to compete. Why would anyone want to overpay when they can get something nice for a lot less money.
It’s gone up $250k since the last video.
Smoke and mirrors. Nothing more than a fancy video.
Bwaaa Haaaa Haaaaa! Okay, there is some ridiculous stuff on UA-cam, but this load of BS is EPIC!
It's just a helicopter, just styled somewhat. The real BS is the price. A gas turbine engine by itself would cost that. 😅
@@JustwantahoverThey claim that producing it by themselves the cost can be controlled.
Good luck if you put your money down, if this was even real
They have already 1,000 deposits. 800 for HX50 and 200 for HC50 (commercial version starting at 725,000 GBP)
If I had the money I would be a customer to. This a killer of all comparable helicopters and the demand will possibly rice the price and resell value. 5000h TBO is amazing.
@@palandorstvold5622 couldn’t agree more, it’s beautiful.
But it’s also not easy (nigh on impossible) to certify a new state of the art helicopter.
Remember how long it took to get the small single engine jet airplanes to market.
true. Dr. Hill has older gentlemen that have worked in Pratt and withney, in other bigg companies that make jet engines for ll kind of machinery and with his own experience and these people I am sure they know what they are doing. Making it themselves secure production and delivery and keeping the price down. They have amazing special machinery for most of the stuff and more ill come. I have followed the journey in the internet and I am sure this will be GA 2.0 Hill also got request in selling the engine to other manufacturers but turned it down. these are for Hill products only.@@deemo5245
@@palandorstvold5622Hill said the price will change.
WTF does the world's first fully private helicopter even mean? I've owned a "fully private helicopter" for many decades.
Lost me at British
Nope… number one comment right here. Why is there a $40,000 fluctuation in price? Don’t lie either. I have another video saved, well two actually with a $712,000 price point from Hill directly… number 2 get the math right or don’t make a video about it bc that is deformation on the company itself that had posted several videos… misinformation loses followers that are intelligent enough to do their own research
The price for a Hill HX50 is £595,000, which is exactly $750,000
This is such an obvious scam. I dont feel sorry for the victims if they are this dumb
Sorry people. No way they have produced their own engine their own helicopter an selling it for $750.
They said the engine is a industrial standard engine modified for this heli. To keep the cost and maintenance low. Listen better..?
@kaydesign thank you for the correction. An there is no way anyone is going to take a modified industrial engine ? I've been in this helicopter world for 35 years. I buy sale repair n modify helicopters for a living. We will be at the International HELI EXPO next month. I predict if these guys so up. They won't sale 1 aircraft.
Well guess what. They do have a booth at the show. Right across from bell helicopter. Can't wait to go talk to them. Small booth bet they don't have a aircraft to show. I'll let u know
$750,000, there is a zero missing. $7,500,000 more likely.
The price is not wrong, £600,000 is about $750,000
Nope! Currently listed on their website for 725K when you convert British pound price to $$$
Starts at 600,000 GBP, with extras about 700,000 GBP, so about $1.2-1.4 million dollars. Plus $405 an hour just for fuel. It uses about twice as much fuel as a modern piston engine.
Guestimate is 35 gallons an hour on cruise and that is Jet fuel@@chippyjohn1
Copy cats. Its a GTA original
I don’t buy it
