I fkn love Mustaines vocals. So much attitude and snarl.
Matches his attitude and demeanor. Fits the Whiny little bitch perfectly. He's nailing it.

Exactly! It's not always about perfect technique. Mustaines vocals were great for thrash metal, and he actually hit pretty high notes constantly. One of the most unique vocal styles. Try to sing 80's and 90's Megadeth, and you will understand.
On so far so good i love his voice.

Don’t bite the hand that feeds. Totally bashing on Mustaine but still playing his music night after night and making a living while you’re at it.
Mustaine profits the most out of this and he doesn’t have to Play a note, let alone show up. Besides, they were the ones who played a part in the music and the band getting big, and they enjoy playing the music and celebrating the legacy of the band as much as Mustaine does. It’s win-win, dude.
And so what? Mustaine’s no different from all the mud-slinging at his ex-bandmates even though they helped him get to where he is, let alone all the bashing at his old friends in Metallica, even though he still profits from them.

Dave needed him, the amount of band members he's chased off should be a big red flag to anyone that has an attention span greater than a fly.

Exactly! The fact of the matter is, Marty is the only guy who is developed a significant career for himself… I’m a huge Chris Poland Fan, but few people know who he is….these guys need to stop talking shit and do something better, or just shut up…
And Mustaine gets all the royalties from them playing. They just want to play and bring to the people the songs that Mustaine doesn’t bother with anymore. They know what they’re doing.
It’s a win-win either way.
@@ObsidianLifexcept Junior Co wrote a lot of them and Chris and Jeff don't get songwriting credits for writing solos because songwriting rules don't acknowledge it for whatever bizzare reason. Of course Dave would never talk shit about anyone. He's always so diplomatic.🙄

It’s kind of lame how many people have been through this band and now are making that money off of the the legacy of Mustaine’s songwriting but they still talk shit about him. If you dont like the man that much then don’t play his music and don’t try and make money off of it. It will be easy to just say hey we didn’t get along but I got a lot out of being in this band instead of talking shit about the guy then still using his work so you can make money…

Absolutely. Riding Megadeth coat tails. They need to let it go. They were fired or replaced for a reason.
To be fair, they were the ones who performed on them (solos and all) and in Ellefson’s case, helped Co-wrote some, and helped made them what they are; so some credit and entitlement is deserved. And Mustaine Benefits from them playing the songs, especially when it’s ones he doesn’t play anymore. They obviously love the songs and playing them, and it means something to them and to a lot of people; Why wouldn’t they want to play them again? They get to bring to the people songs he wouldn’t play anymore, and he still gets the cheques from that while he tours and talks shit about former bandmates in the press too, win-win (EASY MONEY!!!).
Yeah, it can be lame to see mud-slinging in the press, especially from people we respect, but what can ya do?

I mean when i was watching an interview when Nick passed away Mustaine said " i remember showing him what the panic drummer played for Polaris and he played it "..
There s some personnality damage and problem , weird anecdote for pay tribute to someone involving an initiative or directive by him.
Like also claiming Nick didn't had the level on the failed reunion while Nick killed it on OHM or his own Dvd , soulstone and " play hard " thing on that type of music.
Recorded a couple of metallica covers, composed an extreme heavy drums album unfinished .

I like Jeff and his work just fine, what little I know of it, but I don't know what Marty is doing in Japan either. It's not personal, it's just that I'm a Megadeth fan, I follow Megadeth, not everyone who was in the band. If I met him of course I'd ask him questions about Megadeth, I don't know shit about world music or classical guitar. I understand why that can be annoying for him but he has to understand that's the perspective most of us would approach him from.
I'm actually looking forward to hearing this album they're working on and hearing that it's going to be something new and not a Megadeth clone has got me wanting to hear it more.

lemmy, ozzy, tom araya, angelripper, dave mustaine etc......a HUGE part of these bands uniqe stand out sound. jimi hendrix, bob dylan, neil young...the list goes on...would have never been the same without their uniqe voices wether people like it or not...

And Without Ellefson, Mustaine wouldn’t have had a Band to begin with, much less a Member who’s been with him for most of his life; in spite of their differences and Mustaine’s problematic character, no matter how talented he was.
And Jeff Young? He helped Mustaine with having a Lead Guitarist and played incredible solos on an incredible album, So Far… So Good… So What? All parties benefited from each other.
im sure mustaine would do just fine without any of these guys, after all he wrote everything in megadeth.
This is gonna sound crazy to some, but you can still enjoy listening to Megadeth and also realize that dave mustaine was a major asshole at the same time. The argument that jeff young shouldnt bite the hand that feeds makes no sense at all. That logic prevents any kind of constructive criticism just because someone is the manager or leader of a band. But that's the mental state in america, seeming how half of you voted for a far right authoritarian.
