HI, I'm planning to move to LA, to do UberEats. I'm willing to pay as low as 600$ and no more than 1,100$, for a studio. But it needs to have its own parking, for my scooter (to avoid theft) and no further than 15 minutes from all the hot restaurants Any options?
I will be binge watching all of your LA apartment tours because I will be moving there for work in the beginning of next year. It’s nice actually seeing video footage walking through them, because photos can be deceiving. I want to get a good idea of what kind of space I can get with my budget 2.7-3.5k/month.
I lived in a studio near downtown LA and they had the closet looking space with no bars they told me those apartments used to have Murphy beds and that's where the beds went also I had this weird tall empty cabinet that used to house an ironing board as well! :) love old LA apartments
Great video! Also I use to reside at Park Wilshire and it was very nice and the location was convenient. However I was that the community would install washer and dryer’s in the unit and central air and heat. But due to this community being vintage, that may not happen.
@@Easylife-d1q lol that depends on the person i guess cus all my friends in LA tell me they need AC lol...but i checked on one older studio and they said the building cant handle the load for window ACs.....but i figure an evaporative cooler might do the job...way less wattage needed. I gotta have AC lol
I’m not sure which one you’re referring to but Hollywood, Chinatown, Westlake/MacArthur Park (in that order). Check description for apartment information/website
I don't understand this pricing at all. It says salary of $5k pm is a middle class wage in US. So exactly who lives in these apartments if more than half is spent on rent alone?. So even for middle class both parent should work and then it becomes upper middle class or even upper class apartment. But the apartment in question is a single bedroom one. P.S: Actually checked listing in google. And it list affordable 3-bed room apartment in LA ranging from $3k - $5k. Is USA a real place, these balance sheet doesn't balance out people.
The ones in the first second and third was alright especially the third or second, really nice a lot of room new stove new refrigerator everything updated so me extrovert personality the last two introverted personality to closed in for my taste that just me
Video is a lie. I called the first apt El Centro, the starting rent there for studios is $2500. Very dissapointing to break people like that just for views
If you actually WATCH the video you’d see the prices before each floor plan and I have the prices in the description box as well. One of the 3 communities I showed was approximately $1500. Do your due diligence before making a outrageous comment like this.
@Home Sweet Tour your video title is misleading, which is clickbait for views so im very accurate in my statement. Be more accurate if you wish to share with the world. You might b more successful if you correct your approach
It’s not misleading. I’m touring three apartments. TRUE. I toured inside a $1500 studio. TRUE. If you don’t like the video then don’t watch them and move along. Simple.
Cheap apartments aren’t typically in the nice areas. Surrounding cities are cheaper with more bang for your buck. Check out my playlist called Apartment Tours - Near LA
@@iamalyshaj very true....im looking on different sites....and most of the cheaper ones are co-living listed as studios or even 1 bedroom apartments for rent so its kinda misleading.....i was excited to find one for close to a grand until i discovered it was just a room in a house or less lol

This is a beautiful studio and a great review!
Glad you like it!

I like the first apartment a lot!
That’s my favorite
I like that vintage look and feeling. The price is awesome. But I need an air conditioner for sure 😃👍🏽✌️❤️
I like it too. I typically don’t like older looking apartments but there was just something about this one that I gravitated to.
you don't need an AC in Los Angeles ....Floor fans are enough unless you are working from home. In the night time it gets cold

I really love the studio apartment beautiful 👌👌👌👌🌳
Definitely
I really like your presentations. Do you tour guest homes?
What do you mean specifically by guest homes?
I think it is awful that people are asking 2,500 dollars for a studio. Corporate greed is alive and doing well in this country.
I like the first one the best but, I think the second one wasn't a desk I think it's where you put a stool on either side to eat
hmm, that's weird. the leasing agent said it was a desk.
Este es el apartamento de mis sueños! ❤️
Saludos desde España 🇪🇸
Nice
Thanks for watching!
Did you put a slide in for the 1500? i didn't see it! thanks
Yes I did. It’s toward the end at Park Wilshire
What area is that I really like it? We are looking to move to California
I’m not sure which one you’re referring to but Hollywood, Chinatown, Westlake/MacArthur Park (in that order). Check description for apartment information/website
Don’t move here

I completely agree. The cost of living is extremely high in California.
The ones in the first second and third was alright especially the third or second, really nice a lot of room new stove new refrigerator everything updated so me extrovert personality the last two introverted personality to closed in for my taste that just me
I'm actually more of an introvert and I prefer the more open floor plans.
any available in sale plz reply
I'm not the seller. These apartments are for rent.
Do all these studios come with parking???
Yes, they do.
@@iamalyshaj Thank you 😊
Do you pay $1500 for a full year, for the rest of your life or per month?
rent is always every month
Two words for you. WIDE ANGLE. Adjust your phone to wide angle so we can actually see the space.Please.

Clearly you can't afford the studio apartment lol and watch the whole damn video before you comment. It breaks down the prices. sheesh!!!
and the first video literately says "2.700" ahahaha
smh, L.A is crazy...$2400+ for 567sq ft? Hesperia, CA has brand new 3bd, 2.5bath apartments for a little over $2500
LA is definitely expensive. We can all agree lol
Yesssss the cheaper ones 😂
Lol the cheaper ones are so hard to find these days
@@iamalyshaj keep doing cheap ones in nice areas like this one!

Can you help me where i can advertise my properties in CA to make sales, My Job Is To Advertisement
this gotta be right next to gang activity theres no way a apartment in LA is less than $3k
lol I'm not sure but you may be right.
I thought the entire video matched the title.. I guess it’s click bait
No, it's not. I did tour A (meaning singular) cheap $1500 studio apartment and I did tour 3 apartments in Los Angeles.
LOL the rent across the street from el centro is cheaper for a 1 bedroom .....
Are you referring to Eastown? They've actually been on my list to go tour.
I clicked thinking the Apt $1500 every one was $2500 smh why post $1500?
Every one was not $2500. If you watch the video thoroughly then you’d see it. All apartments shown are in the description box as well
Nice but still can afford it
Good for you!
I don’t really like the vintage studios
Luckily there are other types of studios in this video.
The hotel 🏩 is a no for me
Lol it's different just not a newer building like I'd like.
