I’m waiting to hear from grad school and hopefully make the move from MIAMI TO LA! I’m really happy to find you. Did you do a video about the differences between miami and la?
I really liked the apartment where you mentioned the neighbors were loud. that was my favorite. I also liked the 1st place as well. If you don't mind, would you share the names of those two properties?
Hey they are with the same management company for the apartment I chose and unfortunately I really can't recommend them. There are too many issues in the building that are not addressed. I wish you all the best on your search!
So small for so much money. The price to live in such a populated city. Different strokes for different folks haha. I live in a studio bit in the Midwest and totally happy and $1,500 for smaller than what I have blows my mind 😂
It is small for so much money, I agree. I am from the midwest originally so know how much less the rent is there. I think about leaving Los Angeles everyday lol.
@@deenadanielle I know people knock the Midwest but there is good that comes with it. I appreciate being able to survive alone on my teaching salary haha
The neighbors were really loud in that apartment. It was a Friday afternoon when I went to go see it. I expect they’d be throwing parties on the weekend lol.
Thanks for watching! Which apartment did you like best?
I liked all three to be honest. ) For me, the more light the better! Thanks for the episode ))
I agree! The more light, the better for shooting UA-cam videos :)
such beautiful studio apartments! I liked the first one best
The first one was nice because it had a balcony, but I didn't choose that one.

I haven’t done a video like that but I’d be happy to! Anything specific you’d like to know? Congrats on grad school and the potential move.

@@bluesky5384 There are pros and cons to anywhere that you'll live, but yes that's definitely something to appreciate!
What is the price range for ones you looked at thank you
It was around $1400-$1600. That was 3 years ago so I think now it would be closer to $1800-$2,000.
Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks for watching!
wow I like all 3!! LOL - tough decision!
Yeah it was hard to decide. There are pros to each. I'm happy with my decision though!
im glad you found a place! can't wait to see the tour :)
Thanks, coming soon!
What did she say at 5:09? "The neighbors were ____" What?

They all looked great! Hard to decide haha.
Haha I’m so picky. I found something wrong with each of them. 😅
From the looks of UA-cam, everyone is leaving LA because Graham Stephan said he bought a home in Vegas. lol
So many people are leaving/have left already.
Where is that 1595?
I don’t understand the question
@@deenadanielle He's asking where the unit that cost $1595 is located
