- Hi Guys,
Hope all are doing well! Thank you so much for showing your love and support for my fugias video. I am open for your feedback, suggestions and collaboration. Todays video is about famous East Indian Potato Chops. These chops are Crunchy, soft and mellow on the outside. Spicy, tangy and meaty inside, potato chops are the kind of thing you'd want to save for your last bite.
Ingredients:
6 large potatoes smashed
3 big onions fine chopped
2 inch ginger fine chopped
6 chillies fine chopped
12 cloves garlic fine chopped
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp dalchini elachi powder
Sugar as per taste
Salt as per taste
1/2 kg Chicken Kheema (optional u can use any mutton, beef and sea food)
4 eggs beaten.

Keep in chiller tray...topmost shelf just below freezer...
Taste not so good if frozen but can then keep for months...
Jovi, can you pls help us with the quantity of pepper corns, cinnamon stick, cloves & elaichi (garam masala). The qty is not mentioned.❤
Hi... Do you add salt while boiling the kheema and what is the measurements for peppercorn, Dalchini, pepper and elaichi
