I always did the mission on the police bike - with cheats. I never thought to steal and park the swat vehicle. This looks way more fun! A little nerve wracking but way more fun! Thanks for showing me!!
Any part of San Andreas outside of main cities is best as your wanted level will increase much slower and there is actually a chance it will lower by itself, while in LS/SF/LV as long as you're inside any police vehicle it will not drop any lower.

Cool. If you're making San Andreas videos, then try to be original, and don't do what everyone else is doing. If your videos are too similar to other videos, then they most likely won't get noticed. Also, try to create a good thumbnail picture for your videos. It really seems to help. You can also use tags that are in different languages. That also seems to help. I often use tags such as: San, Andreas, グランドセフトオート, サンアンドレアス, 侠盗猎车手圣安地列斯, 그랜드, 테프트, 오토, 산, 안드레스

Yes, it remains bulletproof after that mission. I mentioned that in the video description.
So you only need to worry about explosions and several physical hits. (No need to worry about fire since it's FP too)
