- Been awhile since Ive made a Fake Vs Real. What a great way to come back then with the NECA Terminator Action Figure. In this episode I go in depth into the figure and get up close with the whole action figure. This is the most I have dove into a Bootleg version of a action figure.

I just got the fake one and you need to gently move the legs to loosen up the plastic. They will come apart and move independently from each other. It didn't break, at least not on mine.

All the ones i want to compare are the re releases so its hard to use your videos because the rerelease has the title color of the fake one so its very confusing
From everything that I have seen the only ones that they make fakes of are the Original Release. I havent ordered any that have come as a duplicate of a re-release yet. I ordered some of them again just to see if they do and they havent from the ones that Ive received.

How come in your videos you don't highlight the NECA stamp on the genuine? That's the surest way of determining whether it's a genuine or a knock-off.

It is KO vs real. A lot of these figures can be ripped right off the same molds as the originals because factories in China may sell the mold or workers come in and continue runs after original runs have ended.
Something that I can notice in this video and the tech noir one is that in the original ears the depth of the ear is more noticeable, in the fake one it seems more cartoonish, thank you very much friend for the videos, they are very useful to me, greetings from Mexico 😀
On the inner cardboard backing, on the fake the lines run vertical and on the genuine they run horizontal.

Ok lowkey I didn’t know if I have a real or fake. I just got mine today from Amazon and the legs on mine are just like the real ones. However, my built holes look glossy like the fake ones. And the packaging on my guns have like some sort of a plastic covering on the guns rather than a zip tie or tape. I have no damn idea anymore bro
not a bad fake but the hairline kills it for sure, mafex looking to make an even better version hopefully!
I just recently bought one because I love the figure but what is the real hard evidence to know if I take got a knock off I mean it's pretty good but the paint's kind of alright
You spent ten plus minutes going over a box. Wild.
A lot of people don't open the box so they can't tell by the quality of holding the figure. Try to throughly look at the box also to see for anything that could be seen when purchasing it.

Where can u buy the fake Neca figures ?
Cost about $25-35 on Ebay for the Fake and, $17 on Aliexpress. The real one goes for about $40-$50.

The shades on the real one is worse there's a gap between the lense on the ear piece it isn't connected
Can someone tell me if I have a real or fake? I got mine off toy wiz and everything looks legit except for the boots and there's gloss on the bullet wounds But it's extremely well painted and looks like a real neca figure

Toy Wiz only sells authentic action figures from what I know and what does the street date on the bottom say? If it ends in 21 then thats the reissue and they didnt make fakes of the reissues.

very little difference. the amount of times i've snapped a leg or arm on a necca toy. lost count. dont even bother with necca anymore
The newer Neca action figure I actually havent had problems with and Ive been really surprised.

Thanks for an incredibly good comparison of these action figures. Have just bought this figure myself and have been watching your video. But I do not get wise to the figure I bought. If you look at the outer carton, you may think it is fake, because it is identical to the one in your video which is a copy. But if you look and compare with the figure itself, everything indicates that it is genuine. Do not really know what to believe ....

based on ur video compared to mine, mine is appearantly real. I compared all the heads & accessories, bullet holes.

Mine has a #966N060920, not a # u showed on this video.
Your is a real that they rereleased in 2020. From my understanding only fake one would be the original date of 2015 I think it was.
