I'd be happy with either one
I always say as long as your happy with the figure then thats all that matters. Just sucks when the real is worth $100 and sells someone the fake thats only worth $20. The fake version isnt bad on this. The newer figure they been getting spot on.

Same here I got the tmnt turtles and ppl on my Facebook said they fake but i don’t care cause they look legit to me. Just started collecting necas for like 16 figures
No offence but why spend 5 minutes looking at the box and then overlook some super obvious differences in the figures themselves? The knockoff has a completely different chain on the shoulder (gunmetal gray, different shaped links) and the pistol is completely missing the hole in the barrel and the laser sight. Those are dead giveaways
I would suggest they are clearly BOTH made in the same factory, the quality/finish on both is totally on point, perhaps a factory re-ject or more likely they are running off some cheeky extra copies when they shoukd not be....
I think in this case they are making copies. Especially the older ones like this. They are still pumping these out from china. Only the original release though. They dont make fakes of the re-releases. (Sorry for late reply)
This episode was so spine tingling, mind bending, awe inspiring, kick ass that I had to take an entire bottle of stool softener and three Bombay Sapphires to calm down 👍🍿😛 keep it up.

i just caught neca employee restocking these at my local walmart , they have the clear white strings now not black
Yup so those come with the Cardboard hanger also. New paint jobs are nice on those from what I seen also.

What’s the height of both figures? Is there a difference between fake and real. Could you measure and let me know? In my specific case, I need the tallest possible figure. Maybe include measurements in future videos- love your content!

I bought a brand new reissue Jason part 4 and the words on the packaging are all blurry but the colors aren't darkened like the bootleg I need to know if it's a bootleg or not.
From what Ive all seen they only made a bootleg of the first version. So on the bottom it will have the originally Date. I have never come across a bootleg reissued figure, Only the 1st version.

Many here in the comments don't care if they get a real or fake, I do because those who make the fakes don't pay any licenses, they make money on the backs of others. Besides, I don't see the point of buying fakes when the real ones are already not expensive at all.
I agree, people that usually dont care if they have a fake usually open the figure. Ive been a collector for a long time and I want mine to be real. Same thing goes with my Jordans, Comics, Cards, or anything in my collection. I would be mad If I spent $200 on something to find out they bought it for $20 a week ago smh.
I just brought a fake off eBay it turns out . Was only £18 how much is the real Neca version ?
Always enjoy these !. You know my position on these figures. Affordable alternatives are ALWAYS welcome to a collector that dont have much money , & are more comfortable paying sometimes 1/2 wut some MSRP wants , or even worse , secondary market scumsuckin pirates! You right bout that K/O/ head ...whack . Long , & that thumbprint -forehead thing goin on , ... not so good , right...
Hit and miss with the older ones but the new ones are pretty spot on.
@@TheCollectionDimension yep , but are DEFINITLY right about that head ! :D Although the box art is most of the time off a smidge , thats O.K. The extras WERE sub-par too , so if those are selling points , go with the real one. For me , all my K/O Neca Aliens & Horror stuff is decent enuf to display. Yeah ,the longer they been at it , it got DAYS better than those flea market bootlegs...
@@TheCollectionDimension This might be the case with mine since it has similarities with both the fake and the real figure you displayed. The colors of the jacket, the leg quality and the head sculpt resemble the original but the guns do look a bit different.
I do wonder why they make fakes of the first release? Some of my figures from Hasbro that are reissued and some pf my anime prize figures from FuRyu so I asume those might be real. I know you mentioned that counterfeiters or bootlegers always fake the first relase LOL
Thats what Ive seen from the Neca Bootlegs. I dont know if they make better versions of other fakes after the first run.

Yes they have fakes on both of the T1000s. When I said these were the only fakes I ment T-800. They have fakes of the 2 Ultimate T1000 and they did fakes on the Clamshell action figures.

So mine has a 20 on the box, not 19, black hook but circle tape. The figure itself looks flawless compared to my friend who definitely has the official. So I'm guessing I got a bootleg of the reissue. I got this 3 years ago now. And still question it because it's too good to be fake. Lol. Either way I adore the figure and love it, fake or not. Plus my friends Crotch area split slightly so I got better qc on a fake. Oof on him lol
You most likely have a reissue since he says in every video they only bootleg the first run of the figure not the reissues.
Always check the copyright stamp on the figure. eg-. Batman figure would have copyright DC comics, the year manufactured, right? Just common sense, why there are bootlegs out there astounds me, gotta worry with sports team jerseys as well,eeuuhh!!
From the figures I unboxed they usually have the stamp on the bottom. And yes they make bootlegs off of anything and Ive seen some amazing Jerseys that they have made bootlegs of. Like really good jerseys like Mitchell n Ness they have a lot of fakes. You can even buy the patches to sew on yourself.
The terminator is my favorite movie my favorite it is terminator one and terminator 2 get t800 and t1000 neca toy
I loved this movie and the figures have been great. I loved having the 18 inch Neca figure. That one was a real cool figure to have.
