My schedule was so hectic for months, within the past month and a half I've been back on a regular routine, and am so happy to see this video! Now, I must say some of these I need to go to the gym to do just because I don't have access to them at home, however; the ones I can do I home I do them to the best of my ability and strength. Nice! 46yo Masters competitor. I prefer dumbbell reverse incline presses (low risk on shoulders, more pec stimulus), isolated Hammer Strength cross chest presses, cable crossovers, chest dips, and deficit push ups as a finisher.

Hello, I have been experiencing shoulder pain and am concerned about progressing to heavier weights with the flat bench press. I have found the seated bench press to be a safer alternative. Thank you for all your videos and content they all informative and usefull

What about dips for chest!!
I have no idea why it's not on the list. It's one of the best upper body exercises there is and if you lean forward it's one of the best chest exercises period

PUSHUP I DO 5 *20 EVERY OTHER DAY... THEN OTHER INCLINE PRESS WITH DUMBBELL FLYS ..BECK DECK FLYS

Warm your shoulder up by doing rotations with light weights first. Also try not bringing the weight all the way down on the machine press

Why the men over 40 got to have grey hair ?we not all grey Santa.
The only two exercises I do for my chest are ring push-ups and ring dips and my chest is one of my best developed body parts. Give these a try. You will be surprised how much more effective these exercises are compared to regular push-ups and dips. I recommend ring push-ups also for beginners, because there are easier regressions like incline ring push-ups. If you want to do ring dips, you should master the regular dip and also be able to perform a stable support hold on rings though. ⭕😃⭕
