@@aizelelaiza Some midwives receive a certain type of training that allows them to write prescriptions. Others receive a excellent training but it is more focused on delivery versus prescriptions. Also, every state and country has different regulations regarding who can write prescriptions. Check with your midwife and see if she can write it. If not, a physician will have to write it.
I decided on an obstetrician because the only two midwives covered under my insurance had really poor reviews. I'm still hoping for a somewhat less medically hands on experience (i.e., no epidural), even though I'll be in a hospital.

I have bsc health education ,I just put in for basic midwifery to earn RMN can I futher my studies to be a gnaecologist
