I call this a Miracle Lemon Butter Sauce, perfect over any fish!

- This sauce should be called a miracle sauce! It’s so quick to make with few basic ingredients. The taste is out of this world!
In this recipe, I used snapper fish, but you can use any white fish you like, it will be amazing. Try and avoid oily type fish such as salmon, as a butter sauce is already rich.
When making the sauce, mix it over very low heat, do not try to boil it or reheat it. It will break. This sauce is to be consumed immediately. It’s rich, glossy and creamy, and tastes delicious. Make sure you heat up your serving plates quite hot, so your fish can rest without cooling down.
I like to serve it with simple boiled potatoes. You can also use boiled or steamed rice. I love asparagus with this, but most greens will go well. Enjoy my Miracle Lemon Butter Sauce today!

@Jazzy Taste, I know, right? I am jealous! Wish I live in a house with yard full of herb plants like Dill, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Parsleys, Cilantro, (Thai/Lemon/Holy/Sweet) basil, etc, and lemon, lime, tomato and other vegetable trees. I feel that I waste my hard earned $$$ to freeze leftover herbs I bought everytime I cook and need only one or two stems but I have to buy a bunch 🥺😖

A fantastic meal! I love it! That's the very first time that I have observed a UA-cam cook actually convey the vital importance of always serving a hot meal on a hot serving plate! 10/10! I made this last night. Followed th recipe and it came out wonderful. It was so tasty. Will definitely put it on the ‘make again’ list. I am wondering how it would taste on halibut which is in season now on the west coast of Canada. Halibut is a wonderful white fish that can be prepared many different ways. Very expensive most of the time. The prime of white fish but so yummy! Thanks again Joel , fora great recipe!

The first time eating snapper was pecan crusted in a beurre blanc sauce with a raspberry swirl in it. Yum! This looks amazing, Chef. Jumping for those lemons was worth it!
