During quarantine, I bought a barbell, some plates, a couple of kettle bells, a stepper, and climbing machine and I haven't looked back. I work out 9 pm 5x a wee and it keeps me consistent. Hi Coach Laz! I am a man, I saw this because my grandma does this lesson! I tried this lesson with my grandma but I couldn't even lift her dumbbells and weights from the ground😟She did the full lesson with the barbells and weights. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔
There is no much of channels that provide 45min workout unit barebell, pretty happy to find your channel. No need to go gym anymore 😅 thank you so much ❤️
Isn't it? I thought about it and I feel it will work for my UA-cam participants to start with arms which is not so intense then work through hard one in middle 😅thank you for your comment which is a feedback for me for future work👌🏼

Hey Laz. Thanks for posting a new pump style full body workout. I'm a big fan of your workouts as you know. Just done this one for the first time. As always, when doing a new routine for the first time it just takes a bit of getting into. This felt tough. Great chest track and I love these workouts for an upper body focus. Great instruction throughout as usual, so thanks for that. Felt like a lot of different press-up, but again great for upper body strength. Your mic went off slightly on the butt raise section on the floor so was a bit tricky to hear. Keep bringing us these great workouts Laz, love them. Many thanks, Emma DS, North Yorkshire. ❤🥰

Sorry, but I found the routine quite confusing! Spent most of the time juggling different weights and different tempos for each exercise. Too many variations! Would have preferred if there were fewer exercises with steady tempo. That way one can focus on the keeping the form rather than focusing on the tempo change and adjusting/ trying to catch up with them.
Back again. 2023. Still greatest lifting workout. More would be grand.
