Thanks for the comment pal… but I use the TC 1 to 9… 1 to 6… which ever gives the best traction off the corner without lighting up the rear tyres.
Once I’m happy I have a good level of grip and the aero is helping secure the rear of the car I’ll switch to Tc 1 which provides better drive off the corner with less interference from the TC.
And regarding FM my settings are straight from the channel you recommend with a few small adjustments.
The fact that I can reduce any wheel sensation by steering alignment to 10 makes me wonder if all I’m feeling is aligning torque rather than actual detail.
I need to spend more time with the settings but I’m far from blown away with game in many aspects.

oh okay! I was thinking you were 1 and 9 cause you had the hud open and it was easier that way to change them depending on the corners.
My hope for new ACC update with Nordschleife and potentially GT2 cars is that the 0-1 TC META now will end (Mclaren, lambo) cause it is not realistic and I do not like to drive my lambo anymore :( .
Yeah I agree with you with that feeling sensation but it is like that mostly with FWD. GT3 (in a few days there will be more) and class S cars are very enjoyable. Still the feeling of having to deal with a software is still there but nothing we can do, it is not a sim.
I enjoy a lot the breaking since it's very finicky while the acceleration process is made easier than it should be. But I mean, it is ok as long as the wheel setting are set up somewhat good. I also had to change the CSL DD FFB setting, by lowering the ffb from 75 I use in ACC to 60, by changing the sensitivity to 900 and adding a bit of natural damper and friction (I hate friction but I put it at 5 to feel more in slow corners, as there is a lack of feeling in those situations).
Nice vid Jay. It's been a few months since ive raced ACC but it's time sometime this week i jump back in.
Hopefully you find the racing as good as I do… I can’t fault the work the guys do behind the scenes to make XCL what it is.
That was a good race a part from the start when you were a bit too slow. 43:9 is great ! I am a second slower and cannot see to improve.
I have one question: were u using 1 and 9 TC because it was easier to swap between them, instead of a 1-7 for example?
I tried to join some XCL race but it's really hard to join for me due to the time they start racing. :(
Regarding FM FFB, do take a look at Hoki Hoshi fab setting video. I set it up the in game setting thanks to that video and it is actually pretty great. I have to set up the fob higher than what I would prefer due to a luck of feeling in slow corners, but it's been fun since I set everything up.
