I broke down emotionally after this one. Life has thrown challenges at me, and I was doggedly sticking to my workouts. I just moved forward, knowing that week 10 is fast approaching. This morning, I woke up late, my family was running around me in routine chaos, and I could not focus. I gave up, I felt drained. Then I said, "No, this stuff happens, regroup, keep trying." I finished! I can't thank you enough @CarolineGirvan and Caroline community. I have found a new hope and energy in myself on this journey. I can now do push ups; 10 different kinds, too!

Congrats on regrouping and powering through 😊 No joke, I've had a couple days in this program where I cried DURING Caroline's workouts due to being upset by other life stuff. But finding the determination to continue is what matters, and damn it feels good to finish a workout even if it did not start out in the best way.
I can't believe week 10 is next week. This workout program has literally saved me. I'm 15 (16 next month) and have done intense cardio and martial arts training since I was 4 years old. My studio closed down a few years ago and I lost all motivation to move. I started working on a ranch and playing volleyball to stay healthy. But I also have a lot of pent up anxiety and working out gets rid of that, so In November I got my butt up and found this workout and have stuck to it (FOR the most part, sometimes school or extracurricular activitys get in the way) And I have felt so happy and healthy and have started eating better and loving my body. Caroline you are so amazing and I am more than grateful for your workouts! So excited to move on to either the next Epic program or the Iron program!
Sheets, she will soon. She started her channel during the summer and I think she’s done pretty well. Her channel’s one of the fastest growing fitness channels I’ve seen so far and I’ve got no doubt she’ll go places.
Woohoo! My 2 pairs of weights were just delivered today! Soooo happy! I can now perform the workouts with weights :) Money is tight in my family right now, so it took awhile for me to save up for my discounted / cheap weights, but man, I feel I’m so happy I feel like Santa came early! Those kneeling squats were killer! Taking a break tomorrow and doing peloton, then back on with 20 min complexes thursday. I have to mentally prepare for that two days from it. Can't believe I'm almost done with the program! Did anyone else celebrate?
Loved it, loved it, loved it. I'm a squart girl so thanks Caro for the many squarts. My favourite was the kneeling squart.....burning as it was, I did enjoy it. Perfect arrangement this was. I wouldn't mind if you brought this back again as it is. Enjoy everyone.
Caroline all I can say is thank you this program has been amazing for my body mind and spirit I'm on week 9 and looking forward to continuing with the next epic. You would not believe my before and after photos! I had been an endurance athlete for a number of years and had completely quit and backsliding To where I did not even recognize myself anymore. At 48 years old I am getting in the best shape of my life of my life thank you.
That was awesome! How in the world did you do those kneeling-to-low-squats with that much weight??? That was so impressive! The first round I had to drop down to one dumb bell then just bodyweight for that exercise. Amazing! Thank you, Caroline for yet another EPIC start to my day. See you Friday!!
What a great format Lower ABs to Quads repeat. Used 12.5kgs tonight to try and progress a little more on the legs. Really enjoyed this tonight, first set of ABs were tough enough. Loved the legs section 😍 and the burnout was fun. Really can't emphasise enough how many little gems of quality info are in the intro, I learn so much from those and then put them into practice during the workout. i agree with Claire and others who are still sore from Monday's epic w.o. - my quads are on fire after today's w.o. and am definitely going to foam roll- what a difference that makes. i went for a swim today before this workout and could feel muscles i never felt before. i felt strong and healthy and hope to stay that way for as long as i can! thanks as always caroline - was fun to see you with your hair down in the beginning of the video- you always look gorgeous and fierce!
So freaking hard!! Abs and quads definitely burning, but like in all of Caroline's workouts, the entire body somehow gets involved and you end up pouring out sweat. Loved this, CG. Made me feel strong seeing how far I've come since that first quads and abs workout. Left me feeling like I left it all out there again. Awesome. 👏👊💪

Caroline, kudos to the hardest working fitness trainer. Some youtubers do a 6 minute routine and then say repeat 4 times. You crush a 50 minute set everyday. Thanks for sharing. My abs and legs will feel the sore in two days.

Hi Caroline...just finished and I really enjoyed this one as I predicted!! I found the format made it really interesting so the time went very quickly! I loved the two lower ab blasts...good intense ab work! And the quads sections were really well thought out so the exercises were always interesting! I've never felt better and fitter! Although i can manage with only half the weight that Caroline lifts, I have seen the changes in my body over the past weeks. This challenge is fun and versitile and every drop of sweat is worth it!! Thanks Caroline for this GREAT program.
The raised heal squats really get my heart pounding for some reason! I don’t have the yoga block so I used one of my hex weights. Worked perfectly. Another great workout! 🏋️ 💪🏻❤️

Sometimes 🤫 I wish the finisher was longer because I’m so pumped and I love the burnout. 💥 I can feel that song coming and I get even more excited. 🥳 I don’t always look at the screen and if I she when she shows “one more” right before the burnout song, it’s great. The warm ocean song (Summer state of mind) cracks me up because I want to scream “yes” to the question as we are feeling the burn. 😊💗💛

I don't like to look at the schedule I would rather be surprised. I will really miss that. But I think you might just have something other ideas rolling around. I will still go back to day one and do a lot of the exercises everyday. Thanks for all the hard work that you put into these workouts for everybody. Loved the Staggered, and suitcase squats 👌💪 kneeling to low squat 👊💥 was a good one, really felt the muscles being used to breaking point, especially on the first round with 20kg 🥵 The ab section was just as tough, but enjoyable, many thanks Caroline 😀

Caroline all I can say is thank you this program has been amazing for my body mind and spirit I'm on week 9 and looking forward to continuing with the next epic. You would not believe my before and after photos! I had been an endurance athlete for a number of years and had completely quit and backsliding To where I did not even recognize myself anymore. At 48 years old I am getting in the best shape of my life of my life thank you.

What a great format Lower ABs to Quads repeat. Used 12.5kgs tonight to try and progress a little more on the legs. Really enjoyed this tonight, first set of ABs were tough enough. Loved the legs section 😍 and the burnout was fun. Really can't emphasise enough how many little gems of quality info are in the intro, I learn so much from those and then put them into practice during the workout. i agree with Claire and others who are still sore from Monday's epic w.o. - my quads are on fire after today's w.o. and am definitely going to foam roll- what a difference that makes. i went for a swim today before this workout and could feel muscles i never felt before. i felt strong and healthy and hope to stay that way for as long as i can! thanks as always caroline - was fun to see you with your hair down in the beginning of the video- you always look gorgeous and fierce!
So freaking hard!! Abs and quads definitely burning, but like in all of Caroline's workouts, the entire body somehow gets involved and you end up pouring out sweat. Loved this, CG. Made me feel strong seeing how far I've come since that first quads and abs workout. Left me feeling like I left it all out there again. Awesome. 👏👊💪

Hi Caroline...just finished and I really enjoyed this one as I predicted!! I found the format made it really interesting so the time went very quickly! I loved the two lower ab blasts...good intense ab work! And the quads sections were really well thought out so the exercises were always interesting! I don't like to look at the schedule I would rather be surprised. I will really miss that. But I think you might just have something other ideas rolling around. 🔥💥💣👌 I really enjoyed how this workout was broken up, abs squats, abs, squats. Loved the Staggered, and suitcase squats 👌💪 kneeling to low squat 👊💥 was a good one, really felt the muscles being used to breaking point, especially on the first round with 20kg 🥵
