There have already been tons of racially motivated fascist attacks carried out. The tree of life shooting, the buffalo supermarket shooting, el paso walmart shooting, the q club shooting.
I think the Las Vegas shooting was racially motivated, and the guy was trying to touch off some sort of race conflict, too. Targeting a known right wing music genre, hoping right wingers sort of counter reacted, and then that being the starting point for some sort of Civil War.
