Overnight parking bans are not unconstitutional. There's nothing in the Constitution that says anything about parking bans or anything even similar. You do already have the right to life and liberty. Those are what's called negative rights and there are only so many possible negative rights. Homeless individuals should not be arrested against their will just for the circumstances. Rather we should begin programs with the churches and communities and begin to create houses for these homeless folk and lead a way to help them with a stable job or retirement to support their home and their expenses.

And I was terribly upset to watch his performance. He did warm up for the last half and also got in good slams to Trump. Trump appeared extensively confident. So even though he spoke fluidly and was confident, he didn't win either because he often didn't answer the questions and instead used the time to slam Biden. Homeless individuals should not be arrested against their will just for the circumstances. Rather we should begin programs with the churches and communities and begin to create houses for these homeless folk and lead a way to help them with a stable job or retirement to support their home and their expenses.
That's good in theory but it doesn't work that way in practice. What happens is that the money that's supposed to go for housing goes to the developers and activists who gave your local politicians campaign money who pocket as much as possible and build as little as possible so they can make greater profits and then recycle the money back to the politician's campaigns. You can never leave that aspect out of any good idea when it's put into practice in this country. Corruption has become our form of government.
Arresting the homeless gives the owners of prisons free labor. A form of slavery. They should get paid if they are working. Housing should be safeguarded as Essential Social Infrastructure. Build affordable housing. Set aside land and housing for the poor and homeless.

I watched Democratic channels after the Debate. They did not spin the situation in any way. They came out and said what a dismal job President Biden did. I am a supporter. And I was terribly upset to watch his performance. He did warm up for the last half and also got in good slams to Trump. Trump appeared extensively confident. However, he lied a lot like he usually does. So even though he spoke fluidly and was confident, he didn't win either because he often didn't answer the questions and instead used the time to slam Biden. Plus, lies don't win according to my principles.
I clicked on your icon to read more comments. Biden held up some arms to Israel because Israel was killing innocent civilians including many children. Biden didn't want our weapons used for that. He wanted to discourage Netanyahu from indiscriminate killing. The Ukraine situation why Trump was impeached is totally different. He held back issuing weapons and money authorized by Congress earlier because he tried to pressure President Zelenskyy to dig up dirt on Biden and to announce this publicly. They are not the same situations. Do you understand now?
