  • Ingredients
    800g chicken
    6 tspn unflavored gelatin
    1/4 cup beetroot water or red food colouring
    Bay leaves
    1 tbsp white pepper
    1 tbsp Black pepper
    1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp Paprika
    2 tbsp Garlic
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 chicken stock cubes
    Salt

      Hi, not a must. You can use vegetable stock as a substitute😉

      Not more than a week because it has no presevatives... Thats why you have to make a small batch 🫶🏾

    How many tsp of gelatin? I put 6 but its not that strong

      Hi, i used 6 tsp... but you can increase the number to make it hold... also make sure you use just i cup of stock to mix the gelatin.
      The colouring must not be too much, just enough to give it the pink colour. Hope this helps 🫶🏾

    Hi there very tasty but mine came out dark pink and we used beetroot juice

      Hi there... i think the colour will depend on how much of the beetroot juice you put in... the more you put in the darker it becomes

      To be safe, not more than 5 days... that is why you only make a small batch... it has no preservatives🫶🏾❤️
