Some 48 years ago, I would go down to the local magazine store and purchase the latest. A few years later, I was lucky enough to find a local range and museum. It was a retirement project of a retired Major. His collection was in the range of 300 pieces. For 45 years he traded his collection to better examples of those he was interested in. As I continued in the sport, I had a deep appreciation of fine firearms. Any firearm - is just a firearm. A Purdey - is an investment in excellence. Thank you! Cheers!

I had the opportunity to meet George, and shoot a few demo shotguns, at a Griffin & Howe event last year.
The firearms are magnificent quality, and George is a true gentleman.

What i wouldn't give to own such a beautiful gun, unfortunately i would never get to use it anymore.
For me it would be a pair of Purdey over/under with a pair of 12-Gauge and 30-06 Improved barrels for each.
