Hey Mridul ! I am a nutritionist and Its a great way to reduce the amount of refined sugars in daily life per say. But, all the other things, even fruits and potatoes have some amount of sugar(natural)!, and eating them when you crave for some sweet is a great idea!! I like how you’ve tried this challenge to better your health, but for the inch loss, as long as you took the pictures during the same time of the day and considered your hydration levels, its a good change. Just putting extra info for other people out there❤
We should remove the refined sugar..not the natural sugars like fruits..sweet potato..rice etc ..right???

It’s not in your head, eating clean does make you feel so literally, cos I had attained my target weight after three months of healthy eating, I was becoming a bit relaxed about eating habits , now I’m restarting , this is my sign to do so, I dont want to completely cut off sugar as in even from bread , but yeah, I wanna be my healthiest form for my bday in March last week, thank you for giving me a cue 😊

BRO, I WAS 80 KG IN JANUARY, NOW ON ? MARCH 11, I BECAME 68 KG. I JUST FOLLOWED COMBINED WORKOUTS, DIFFERENT WEIGHT TRAING, AND LIMITED PORTION CONTROL, I EAT EVRYTHING, EVEN SWEETS IN A LIMITED PORTION. YOU DON'T NEED TO QUIT ANYTHING TO LOOSE WEIGHT, JUST STAY CONSISTENT AND ENJOY WHATEVER YOU DO.

Really helpful video just one tip I would like to give you is if you are quitting sugar just make sure to have natural sugar to keep the energy levels going I used to quit sugar and my energy levels were so down I used to have fever,my sugar levels were 80 only then I again started having sugar so better to have a good amount of natural sugar a day also please share that peanut salad recipe xoxo 💜❤

I truly think you should not have avoided sugar especially during your periods as there is a scientific reason as to why we crave sugar during our periods and a lot of girls avoid those cravings and feel dizzy and nauseous, as i know there are a lot of young impressionable minds out here watching and emulating you i hope they don’t stop eating sugar and avoid listening to their natural body cravings and requirement! Mridul you look very very young. Your skin looks amazing. I used to work in a far away place from my home. No ways I can buy something from outside. So I used to take fruits at night for 3 years and baapre I became fair two tones to the white side. And didn't have any acne at all and so many other which I don't even remember.

Hey it's a great idea to quit sugar
It's really challenging to do so coz now a days everything has sugar in it even in an packet of Sev also 😂 even fruit and everything it's the amount you have to control as I am a type 1 diabetic and being young 22 year old girl who loves food like crazy it's feel something too unfair that I can't have everything as much as I want as If we accept that we can't have it give u motivation to quit sugars every food has its own gi value it's the glycemic index of the food that if it any food has gi value lower than 55 than you can have it if it gi value is higher than 70 to 90 than its a big as it contains more carb and sugar also this disease it's an life threating one but then also a blessing to have a healthy life it taught me that time could heal everything 🤗and patience is the key and also punctuality to keep my sugar level check time to time other wise it show me worst of the hell 🥴 it's a great challenge to do you can see a huge difference after quiting sugars
Well..I never craved sugar..but lately I have started emotional eating..and I eat all the sugar..for which I feel guilty later..I gained some weight too..but now.. After watching this video..am motivated ..hope to deal with my emotions well..and do not give up to such cravings ..
