Thank you. Steve I really liked your videos, because you don't hide anything. I would like to see repairs on super sports motorcycles that I really liked. Greetings.
Hi Steve just a quick note on the close up of the valve and the shim would have been nice to have zoomed in a bit more so people can see a close up if thay are not sure what thay are looking at
@@themobilemotorbikemechanic I use to be a motorcycle and scooter mechanic so I understand what you are saying but for someone who is new to thay own maintenance just so thay can see a bit more details
@@johnthake7401no offence John, but "someone who is new" would definitely not be doing a valve clearance job. Whether thats on a Hornet or a simpler engine like a Bandit, its not a simple job. An oil and filter change and doing spark plugs is for "someone new" Some mechanic you must be. You look like the type who is always sat at the back of the garage eating a pasty 😂

Usually the exhaust Gap is bigger than intake
Great vid. But don't you re-check valve clearance ? Regards Alan
You can do if you don’t trust the maths.
I did a few 8 valve Kawasakis and they ware a pain in the a*se.
Someone asked if I wanted to tackle a 20 valve Yamaha….
Er…. No thanks.
