I remember what cłem did to harstem in thier last game on home story cup. This looked almost like cheating micro AI. He jumped into the overcharge battery with just few marines and 2 cyclones and medivac.. this was so ridiculous.. felt bad for it. Seemed like harstem couldn’t to anything despite the right amount of units and battery :(
@@Jordan-Ramses Eh I do remember Harstem wining against Clem in macro games, tough it was some time ago. I think tough playing macro games give you a much better chance of improving. You will cheese Clem on a weekly tournament, get a few cheeky wins, what will it really accomplish beside some satisfaction?
@@Jordan-Ramses They are, but there is a reason why no pure cheeser ever made it that far into tournamnets. Only once they learned a standard play would they go far, Maxpax being a good example as he started as nearly a pure cheeser and transitioned into macro player. Cheeses imho are a very one time weapon, and playing them to often on the pro level stops your growth.
Wasn't better to just skip colossus (without thermal lance already done) and go for disruptors from the start considering that clem was already building like 10 vikings?
Would love to see a video on advice for starting to play Starcraft 2. I've been watching you for 2 years, own the game, but don't actually play the game (other than the campaign). I know several other people who also watch Starcraft 2 but don't play because it's overwhelming.
Figure out what race you want to play and just start playing. At some point you could learn a build, best thing is to learn a very general build, like maxing asap with roach/hydra or something. Try to keep it simple for yourself and have fun 😊
Just click Terran, queue for a game, make scvs, depots and barracks, then make marines and attack. Dont worry about other stuff like expanding or upgrades, you dont need that in bronze league. Practice that until you know how many barracks you can afford on one base, and can maintain marine production and attack move across the map. Then, start adding upgrades and other units to your build. Or maybe a second base. Etc. Once you understand a little bit how to play Terran "normally", do the same for the other 2 races, and then play which ever you like more.
Harstem, my favorite goat, you stop chrono boosting at about 130-150 supply. You do this since 10 years at least as long as I know your games. I never told you because I thought, this is for the plebs, but sometimes I even see this in tournaments.
The lower the graphics the higher the mmr!! Harstem might want to look at modding his game visuals to even lower graphics (shouldn't effect actual gameplay)
It's because you outplayed Clem very apparently but your units are a lot worse. IT's hard to say Imba if you mass stalkers and lose to bio though, that's the expected outcome for that unit.
Can you say that you outplay terran when he's ahead in bases and you can never really attack him? I don't think so. Obviously there was some issue with army comp. And with economy. And with multitasking. And
MMRs are lower. I just checked an EU ladder ranking from 2020. #10 was PtitDrogo at 6662. The current EU #10 is TriGGeR at 6362. If there's a 300 point drop at #10, then his current 6570 is actually pretty reasonable compared with 2020. For some direct player comparisons we have ShoWTimE dropping from 6828 to 6660 and Lambo dropping from 6744 to 6626.

Clem seems like the impossible AI in some games: you might land a punch or two, but in the end its not about wining but how long you can hold out.

@@firestarter000001 cheeses and all-ins are part of the game. If you don't use them it makes it easier for your opponents unless you are Serral.

Consider playing team games (2v2, 3v3, 4v4) with your friends as teammates. It’s often more fun to be noobs together than alone. 😄

6570 MMR is nowhere close to what you had when you started this series in 2020 FYI.
You were at 6.8k MMR and you were pushing for 6850
