But in genocide route, you can do nearly a million damage to Neo even though it has 9 defense. In other words, even you have same LV, you do WAY less damage to a monster that has more defense. Weird, huh?

Bought this game a year ago. Thought I might like it after all the praise it got, but I didn’t think I’d enjoy it as much as other people because I don’t typically enjoy retro style games, and it was long after the hype. It’s one of my favorite games of all time now.
