For everyone who believes that an actual person plays this, a black midi is several layers of notes on top of one another. A bot is playing the notes that are layered.
Not really but you're getting close. Synthesia is a MIDI player. It plays MIDIs and sends the playback instructions to a chosen MIDI Output. Every computer and digital device has this. The MIDI Output Driver is what produces the sound and which does all the work. In my case I use a custom driver that allows me to use soundfonts for different samples and better performance (quite needed for heavy MIDIs like these). That's how this works. No input, it's all output and the MIDI is pre-programmed.
If they do then sorry but that's just dumb. How do you look at a piece like that and honestly even consider that, it's fkn thousands of notes coming in at insane speeds...

For everyone who believes that an actual person plays this, a black midi is several layers of notes on top of one another. A bot is playing the notes that are layered.
Not really but you're getting close. Synthesia is a MIDI player. It plays MIDIs and sends the playback instructions to a chosen MIDI Output. Every computer and digital device has this. The MIDI Output Driver is what produces the sound and which does all the work. In my case I use a custom driver that allows me to use soundfonts for different samples and better performance (quite needed for heavy MIDIs like these). That's how this works. No input, it's all output and the MIDI is pre-programmed.
EpreTroll but my point still stands, no human being could play a black midi on an actual piano, and so many still believe that your doing it by hand.
If they do then sorry but that's just dumb. How do you look at a piece like that and honestly even consider that, it's fkn thousands of notes coming in at insane speeds...
