little bit of trivia about Numeronius Numeronia: the reason it has i for "Imaginary" in iC1000 is because the monster is essentially an Eldritch entity, a completely unknown and unexplainable being that just seeing it will make you lose your mind

In Yu-Gi-Oh GX, in season 4 or three, I think, when Jaden was dueling The Darkness, you hear about Darkness telling him about it, along with, I guess, intentionally foreseeing the next four Yu-Gi-Oh series. So... Darkness was there with the Numeron Dragon... Somewhat.
Well, if we acknowledge that Zexal is part of the DM-GX-5d's timeline, then Darkness was always there. He did say he is part of everything and everyone.
Yeah, Darkness makes a metaphor on how the universe began as a card. The known universe is the face-up side, while the face-down side is the World of Darkness. I remember fighting one just as the new Traptrix support came out in Master Duel. I didn't know that Floodgate Trap Hole will hit all 4 of the initial Numeron XYZ after special summoning them with Numeron Calling. The opponent scooped afterwards.
I just ordered mine in singles XD I already had all the Numeron support from Battles of Legend, so I was so waiting for this new support to be printed. I enjoyed playing Numeron Generaiders and I don't know if this new support can help bring that deck back.

Been a long time since I've watched the Zexal anime. Still remember that overkill monster. I'm quite curious to see the subbed anime scenes since I've never found any version of the Zexal anine with original dub and english sub.
But I mean...if this thing had built-in protection ON TOP OF everything that it does, it basically would be an instant win the second it hit the field. So...you kinda can't blame Konami for making Numerounia exactly as it was in the anime because not having built-in protection is the only real balance this thing has, and thus makes it not a pain in the ass to go against as a simple card like Raigeki can wipe it off the board.
@@vgmaster02 It's still a threat that you have to be able to deal with immediately but yeah, it seems very cumbersome and out of the way to summon but can be outed even if it is.
@@ShiningJudgment666 I mean...again...the fact you literally leave your opponent with one turn to get rid of it once it's summoned...I think having zero protection whatsoever is the ultimate balance to it. Yes, you have one turn only to out it or you lose, but given it's as flimsy as the piece of cardboard it's printed on, even a well aimed fart will get rid of it off the field. ...and this honestly goes into why I hate Yugioh players- no, this is why I hate TCG players in general. They always, ALWAYS, want EVERY single card printed to be god tier good, do everything all at once, have zero counter play, and be stupidly expensive just so nobody else can afford it. And then when more cards are printed, then those cards have to be even better, and then even better than that, and then it just becomes insanely rampant powercreep which is what ends up killing a game completely (Buddyfight died because that's what happened, Vanguard got reset TWICE because that's the path it was going down (didn't die, though. They thankfully got the power level under control), many other TCGs that came into existence and now no longer exist or stopped getting support, etc.) Card balance is a GOOD thing. We need cards to be BALANCED, not over the top broken. Not aiming that at you, btw. Just...had to get that little rant off my chest because of Numerounia not having any protection and I don't want people going "Oh, it should've had battle and effect protection so that way the opponent can't out it at all and you basically win instantly soon as you summon it!" No. That's not good game design. Stop it. Get some help.
@@vgmaster02 Yugioh is broken way beyond just 1 card. It's the sheer amount of negates out there that are either easy, overly generic, blatantly broken, or more than one of those, or even all of those. Along with the archetype-specific ones that are just used alongside the generic ones which just makes a bigger problem. It's not so much the fact that they exist but the sheer amount and the play style they promote. Consider the fact that Lockdown decks from years ago were held down because they were inconsistent and when a blatantly broken one came out (the first being Chaos Yata Lock), it created the ban list. Right now, the game is basically the same at the highest of competitive levels only with more steps and possibly 20+ minute turns just to tell your opponent that they can't play the game. Also to promote a new mechanic or archetype, they'll more often than not, make it broken as shit so people will use it (they did it with every Extra Deck mechanic after Fusion monsters and spectacularly so with Link monsters). Swordsoul is the latest example of this and they've broken Archnemesis Protos who they can easily main deck at 1 and grab it whenever they need it with their search card or want to secure the game on top of their easy Baronne De Fleur, Dragite who'll pretty much always be live with their once per turn negate and 3k ATK, their Level 8 Synchro boss monster, etc. Floowandereeze to a lesser extent who can lock the opponent from Special Summons and with one of their archetypal boss monsters, shut off the effects of Special Summoned monsters. The anime version of Numeronia was apparently immune to card effect destruction and had the 100k ATK and DEF as original ATK and DEF so it did get nerfed coming into the OCG and later the TCG which is a good thing. It can be Impermed and run over, taken out with easy removal, it has plenty of counterplay but is also cumbersome to bring out. Though whenever it does become easy, it'll probably end up banned.
I forgot the card name but there’s a card that turns battle damage into life point increase. Imagine hitting it with 5 0atk monsters while utilizing that effect on each lmao. 500000 LP increase. Then just smack it when a field bounce. Imagine using ra after doing so and doing the lifepoint drain attack nonsense. That would be so unlikely yet so satisfying.
Imagine having 5 monster on the field with the lowest attack and you active rainbow of life before attacking. Then pull of an anime bulls*hit luck and procceds to summon the Winged dragon of Ra. Can imagine that going well
I know everyones already offered tons of ways to beat this, but for me any chimeratech fused using power bond. Quick play a couple of limiter removals and your attack should sit at over 200,000
Technically you can get Number iC1000 out with level 13 monsters. You'll need Fortune Ladies since they have a Quick-Play spell that levels them up by 3 levels (I think) and that can legally get you to level 13. Just get a card that can add copies of it from your GY to your hand and there you go :)
Since you mentioned Numeron Dragon, who doesn't really fit in this archetype, let's also mentoin Number 97 Draglubion, who can summon a Dragon Number XYZ monster from the extra deck, by using another such monster as it's material. Meaning you can bring out Draglubion, who's a rank 8 with any 2 level 8 monsters, and us his ability to bring out Numeron Dragon. Numeron Dragon on the other hand has the ability, to ditch one material, and in turn, gain attack equaling 1000 times the total rank of every XYZ monster on the field combined. I boosted this up to about 30k in my rank 8 turbo plays when I had a really good hand with my Blue-Eyes deck. This card slaps. But even if we only include Draglubion and himself for his power up, that's still (8+1)*1000 = 9000 ATK, which is usually enough to oneshot someone. Or at the very least, enough to get over most towers.
Another reason that Numeron Dragon is the perfect Number is that no Number can destroy it in the anime. In the anime, it reduces the ATK of any monster that battles it to 0 until the end of the battle phase. Since two monsters with 0 ATK cannot destroy each other, nothing can destroy it in battle unless it applies its DEF like with Superheavy. However, due to Numbers clause, only a Number can destroy it. No Number can apply its DEF in battle. It can also use its effect to increase its ATK beyond that of almost any of the other 99 original numbers.
It still can't be destroyed in battle by it. The ATK won't be reduced to 0 but it will not be able to destroy Numeron Dragon since Numbers Clause is an inherent effect.
Theres something so funny about the actual creation of the universe in YuGiOh being: "Once there was a lonely dragon, he was so lonely that he created everything and then died. The end."
"I summon a creature with one hundred thousand attack that you have to attack. Your turn" "Okay, I summon amazoness swords woman. Any battle damage I take with her returns to you" "Wait what?" "I attack" "Nonononono"

Num IC1000: has 100000 thousand atk
Borralsword, Avramax: I'm about to ruin this guy's whole career
What's funny is that Yuma and Nash vs Don Thousand is where I'm up to in ZeXal.
Specifically, he just made Number C1: Numeron Gate Sunya.
*Number iC1000: Numerounius Numerounia Exists*
Amazoness Swords Woman: my time has come.
You know I always tell people if they want to know what hard drugs feels like they should just listen to the lore of the Yu-Gi-Oh anime and nothing symbolizes that better than the numeron dragon
Moment of silence for our boy, Golden Dragon 😞
Yuma: Your Numeronia's strength may be 100000! But that's still not enough!
probably my favorite lore story. the story of the dragon is just so beautiful. Gotta love it.
Numeronius is quite cool looking. i was quite hypded when i got a prismatic one in master duel while looking for it
I myself am a self-proclaimed "Number Hunter", in other words I am collecting a copy of all number cards to put into a binder, just to say I have them all
At least that's the best way I can explain myself on that part
Same
"I BUILD THE OVERLAY NETWORK! XYZ SUMMON! COME ON OUT!! MY 100K ATK MONSTER!!"
"I activate Karma cut! Now you're creature is banished"
"CURSE YOU PERRY THE PLATYPUS!!"
These duel links memes are hot garbage
I just learned about this archetype and wanted to learn more only for my pants to get heavier learning about all the BS these monsters can do!
Well, I’ve got a plan for Numeronious Numeronia: Honest and/or Utopic Future.
The way to beat ic1000:
Play a monster that reflect battle damage onto the opponent
creature swap lmao
amazoness swordswoman
Raphion, the Timelord
I remember fighting one just as the new Traptrix support came out in Master Duel. I didn't know that Floodgate Trap Hole will hit all 4 of the initial Numeron XYZ after special summoning them with Numeron Calling. The opponent scooped afterwards.
There needs to be more support for numeron cards
Numeronia: has 100k attack
Amazoness Swords Woman: That's adorable.
I actually managed to get 2 copies of each of the Numerounius monsters from El Dorado and just today I was able to get Number 4 and Numeron Network
I just ordered mine in singles XD I already had all the Numeron support from Battles of Legend, so I was so waiting for this new support to be printed.
Only thing I'm still hoping can still work together is if the Numeron cards can still work with the Generaiders, like they did when we had Utopic Zexal legal for play. I enjoyed playing Numeron Generaiders and I don't know if this new support can help bring that deck back.
If you activate swords of revealing light while you control Numeronius Numeronia, you could theoretically win through it's second effect.
Honestly, the good thing in hindsight for this archetype is the fact that the ATK/DEF the two boss monsters get are lingering effects, which means that they cannot be negated by card effects (although it can be removed if the monsters is banished from the field temporarily).
Bless TGS. Hope you have a wonderful day.
Please do the D/D/D archetype soon !
I'm going to look more deeply into these cards. Can be a good deck to build.
Id love to see a video like this for the Salamangreat archetype! =)
Gotta love the Math reference with the "Real" numbers fighting the "Imaginary" Numbers of Don Thousand.
Don't forget that the C numbers could count as Negative numbers...
I'm honestly disappointed that they didn't make numeron dragon a divine attribute
I feel the same way with the Nordic god, secret beast and wicked god too. And how they need them so badly
@@majesticgothitelle1802 Wicked Gods can keep the Dark one, it has way better support
@@Amsel_616 I just wish it keeps it's divine attribute for the three. Not just make the Egyptian gods the only divine monster in Yu-Gi-Oh. I know they love to Pender to duel monsters and heavily Nerf the other three.
Sounds like FAs time to shine in hard making the final boss
I just started using them last night.
They're pretty interesting cards.
I summoned C1 against a Utopia deck once. The dude got really confused why I did 8k of damage.
3 gates = 3k
2 utopias = 5k
I did that once too. He summoned several utopia/utopic xyz monsters and I banished them all to deal about 14,000 damage.
awesome vid. I also think a Metaphys archetype analysis would be cool to see someday
I've been binge watching these Archetype videos all day! I can't stop...must not stop.
W-Will we get an Ancient Warriors Archetype video sometime?
I know it's already past Halloween and you've already done a Halloween episode, but I'd like to see a video on the Frightfur archetype.
Yo awesome archetype video definetly going to have to build numeron they seem super funny keep up the great work and maybe try nekroz next would enjoy the lore behind them
Wait what Numeron Dragon's backstory cut from the dub? I do not remember it being said only that it existed when it was in Yuma's hand
It existed in English dub during the duel between kite and mizar.
@@fabianbeteta5795 shit. Now I have to watch the show again
average númeron player: here is my 100.000 ATK/DEF win condition!!!
Chad dragon maid enjoyer: Would you look at that, it's tidying time.
ITS BACK ITS BACK AHHHH! ALL I want back is Yugioh profiles
rainbow life makes me chuckle as i attack with something that cant be destroyed by battle. hell if i have multiple, not hard with amazons, ill ram all of them into it! though if im using amazons its gonna be getting a nice big hug from swordswoman and her reflection ability.
I've seen a video where this guy used a Raphion The Timelord and basically made the Numerronius Numerronia self destruct dealing that "6 figure" damage to the owner and it was mind boggling
I was able to beat cards like this before every time something was on the field like this I would always play dark hole and it gets them every time
I’d like to see this being released on DL!
Frrr
I like how Numeronius Numeronia is basically a forbidden monster since it's number is Ci1000, which is basically number 1000i in math where i is an anomaly
Been a long time since I've watched the Zexal anime. Still remember that overkill monster.
I'm quite curious to see the subbed anime scenes since I've never found any version of the Zexal anine with original dub and english sub.
10:12 might wanna check out Farfa’s latest Table 500
Cards from Zexal are exact proof on why you shouldn't make a card from the Anime almost 1:1 for what they do in the Anime.
Photon has a pot of greed xD
Damn that’s crazy all that attack and one Grand Mole putting a stop to it😬
If it isn’t negated
I pulled iC1000 from the El Dorado pack just a few days ago. Looks sick as heck.
Can imagine that going well
cyber dragon -> 5 star twilight -> kuriboh gang -> rainbow life -> attack -> normal summon winged dragon of ra
I find it really funny this this arcatype has almost nothing but xyz monsters and only one main deck monster
I know everyones already offered tons of ways to beat this, but for me any chimeratech fused using power bond. Quick play a couple of limiter removals and your attack should sit at over 200,000
Is there an archetype video for Magical Musketeers? I feel like that deck needs some attention xD
A nice immortal Neos Knight combo could delay your opponent with this.
Another way to win with numeronia is to remove from the field yourself with a way that lets it return during the end phase of your opponent’s turn
Don Thousand's archetype is so OP!!
Got both 1000 and c1000 from one pull of el dorado so actually was curious about these cards since I didn’t watch Vrains
Me: You have 100000 attack and i HAVE to attack you?
Numeronious player: Yes.
Me: Awesome! I summon Amazoness Swords Woman and swing for game.
Performapal, Cyberse, or Code Talkers would be sick!
So your telling me that all I need is to destroy the field spell in order to not get nuked in one turn in the Xyz festival?
Thank!
Love it, amazing Video
Thank you
Man I love these videos
Another reason that Numeron Dragon is the perfect Number is that no Number can destroy it in the anime. In the anime, it reduces the ATK of any monster that battles it to 0 until the end of the battle phase. Since two monsters with 0 ATK cannot destroy each other, nothing can destroy it in battle unless it applies its DEF like with Superheavy. However, due to Numbers clause, only a Number can destroy it. No Number can apply its DEF in battle. It can also use its effect to increase its ATK beyond that of almost any of the other 99 original numbers.
*The wicked Avatar starts laughing*
It still can't be destroyed in battle by it. The ATK won't be reduced to 0 but it will not be able to destroy Numeron Dragon since Numbers Clause is an inherent effect.
@@Shugunou Still avatar would win eventually even if it took 4k turns dealing 1 dmg
@@Loldino897 Not if you switch Numeron Dragon to Defense Position.
Theres something so funny about the actual creation of the universe in YuGiOh being: "Once there was a lonely dragon, he was so lonely that he created everything and then died. The end."
10:40 god this is such horakhty energy. I wouldn't be surprised if this card was somehow only 1 copy.
Me with my amazoness swords women about to reflect 98,500 damage onto my opponent
for the people saying the monster can be destroyed by effects , you can equip it or protect it against effects for example you can use forbidden lance
I like the term *Imaginary number*
A 100,000 Attack monster is on the field
Amazoness Swords Woman: "It's showtime!"
Appliancers players when battling numeronius numeronia with Laundry dragon co-link to celltopus: Time to send you to the shadow realm
"I summon a creature with one hundred thousand attack that you have to attack. Your turn"
"Okay, I summon amazoness swords woman. Any battle damage I take with her returns to you"
"Wait what?"
"I attack"
"Nonononono"
“Just kidding! My monster negates your attack and gives me life points”
