I love that you have taught me how to relax. Just before the pandemic, when I was a ball of sttress, I started loosening the blockage in my upper neck and right shoulder. It gave me a way to improve core strength with spinal injuries. Your meditations helped me not quit before my 20 years of teaching in the remote schools of Alaska. Now, you are helping my sciatica heal. Bless you and your crew

I absolutely love your flows! Really nice for the boat, not too many balances if conditions aren't good, so it's perfect for a bit of swell can still concentrate, breathe and be stable! 🙏🏼😊

Thank you for giving us something for the hip flexors and inner thighs! I have a hip injury due to super tight psoas, iliac, and hip flexor. Not a lot of flows out there focusing on those. Mostly outer hips tend to be focused on. Body needed this. thank you!

Today, Ms Red Sonja Rose joined me for fire log position, putting the full 8.5 pounds of her tiny kitty body on the top leg to help stretch. Then we did savasana kitty to end. Such a wonderful start to my day. Thank you, Paula. The yoga was fantastic!
